It's a universal dark mode for Google Chrome called Dark Reader. It's a godsend for your eyeballs. At any rate, it has a hidden talent to expose images that have a white background assuming to always be on a white canvas but aren't. If the image background is transparent the canvas color makes no difference.

I actually noticed it with the old awards. Some of them had transparent backgrounds, some of them didn't. But I figured since y'all are working on them now, it would be a good time to bring it up.

And yes, I did hide my 100 post award but it was unintentional. I was checking out the awards section of my profile and clicked on the Blufans one first--not with any intent to hide that one either--and then noticed I couldn't unhighlight it. So then that one was hidden. I tried messing with it and could only move the highlight itself but not remove it. So in the interim, I had to choose which one to hide. I'm prouder of my Blufans collection than I am how much I talk. Lol

@extantsrevenge Not sure if you're aware or if it's even something you'd want to fix but when using dark mode on a web browser you can see the white background of some of the awards. Not all of them tho. So some look clean and others have a white box around them. Maybe just a matter of changing the original image file to PNG.

Seems this was only released in France...weird. Had to create a FNAC account to scoop it. Ha

Blufans OC is my base.. I have got each and every one of those 

 

But then in every OC, I swap the duplicate steelbooks. So for example, I will keep the original Blufans WEA in the DL, then swap the same SB in the single lenti and FS editions with Zavvi lenti and BB 4k. So I have three different editions with 3 different steelbooks. 

 

Then after that, if there are any further exclusive WEA example NE or KE or Weet, then I buy further 

 

Essentially I want the variety of exclusive steelbooks, but will not typically have the same steelbook across editions. Makes sense? 

 

Obviously collecting is very personal, so each one to his own. There is no wrong or right way. If one has the money to spend £££, (which I do not unfortunately), you cannot begrudge someone for that 

 

 

Absolutely man! And I like your way of organizing the steels. I would actually consider doing the same thing if I ever opened my OC's. Lol. Which is a whole 'nother topic of discussion. I "plan" on doing it "one day". Ha

Haha no. Meaning there are 3 editions in a one-click. I.e. full slip, single lenticular, double lenticular, quarter slip, etc.

I personally really enjoy what Zavvi puts out. And I've never had a problem with their shipping or customer service.

I always get Best Buy's 4K release (because Zavvi's is the same artwork) and then I get the lenticular version from Zavvi in 3D format. And I'm a triple dipper and beyond kinda fella. It's all about the collection for me; not just if I have that particular installment.

If it's anyone's line it's Mondo's. Can't recall if they teamed up with Zavvi to be an exclusive retailer, but Mondo did this one, too.

Hardbox is just two editions. Maniacs Box is 3 or 4 editions and comes with a lot more extras. Which also means a much bigger box!
