    yes completely overdid it but i did it all starter was 4 cheese and bacon pototae skins main was 9oz sirloin and chips and an extra chips (well you cant run out of chips) pud was apple crumble with custard and scoop of ice cream on the side and as was driving 1 pint of ice cold strongbow to wash it all down with. and now i cant move but it was basil

    no well done on a chargriller with coals none of this fryed rubbish meat sweats out flavour of meat and charring cannot be beaten. that brings out the flavour not basil
