5 Hours in a theater is a pretty long time. Saw Oppenheimer as well and I think it's the overall better film. Barbie was definitely a lot of fun though. Especially if you see it in a packed theater.

For real. The transfer is gorgeous and I'm glad I was able to snag a copy.

Saw Dr. Caligari yesterday. Freaking LOVED it. I loved the artistic set design and the dialogue. All the actors nailed their roles and really made the atmosphere ooze with insanity. Now I'm searching out Stephen Sayadian's other work. Specifically Nightdreams.

Most brutal murder I've seen on film right there^ -
1. In The Realm of the Senses 2. In The Mood For Love 3. Woman in the Dunes 4. Cure 5. Ebola Syndrome Parasite and Oldboy are great but they're not in my top 5. I'm also fond of Audition, The Wailing, & Burning. All great films.
