J.J. Abrams is directing this movie.

Also, in other big news, they've hired the Art Director from Blade Runner 2049 for Episode 9! Say what you want about the direction of the movie...Episode 9 is guaranteed to be visually beautiful.

Haha, liking the box itself the most is super dangerous because then you'll be forced to buy everything else with it! (Unless you get lucky and find an empty one on ebay or something ?)

I think I like the far right one the best...I've got the regular Best Buy 4k steelbook for this movie and it has a similar cover with the creature in the middle...Not the biggest fan of that design.

Was it one that recently ended? Even if not, you still may be able to get your hands on it. If it's an older group buy, head on over to THIS section of the forum and post a thread with a list of things you are looking to buy! Like, how did I find the physical film? It was still for sale on Plain Archive's website...Though if you meant what do I think about the film itself, then I actually just posted a small review in the movie review thread on the forum! ??

The Master - 8/10

What to say about this movie...I really love Joaquin Phoenix and Philip Seymour Hoffman. These two definitely make the list in my all time favorite actors. Putting everything else aside, the acting by those two in this movie is phenomenal. The rest of the cast did an awesome job as well, but these two just shined miles above and stole the show.  That first session between Joaquin and Philip's characters, particularly when "Master" tells him to not blink while answering questions...So well done. 

While I don't really see this movie as one I would watch over and over again, or watch casually, I think it's definitely worth at least one watch.

I just got this particular release yesterday and watched the movie as well! Really nice lenti on this one. It's my first PA purchase, and I must say, they really do go all out in terms of the small black envelope with pictures inside that they include, as well as even putting their own main menu / overlay on the disc itself.

I'm pretty sure I haven't posted this yet...Hopefully. At least not by itself! I recently picked up this Gladiator Hulk statue! It's pretty big and detailed especially for the $50 I paid for it!

You know, I went into that movie expecting the worst because of all the bad reviews. But came out pretty pleasantly surprised. Was the script good? Not really. Was the acting good? Meh. But visually it definitely made up for all that, especially with 4K HDR. I didn't recently watch, was a little while back, but I'd give this movie a 6.5/10 personally. I'm just a really big sucker for pretty sci-fi visuals.
