Yeah, so far it's looking like the steelbook is a repackage of the previous 3-disc release, but with Dolby Vision added. The digipack is 4 discs with the extended cuts. -

@ShadowWarriorpreorder is live for the steelbook, as well as the 4-disc digipack editions of this and Way of the Water. Can you please update with the affiliate links? (No preorders yet for Cameron’s other films releasing in March just yet… sounds like we’ll be waiting a little while yet for those.) -
I’m getting awfully optimistic about this new Superman flick. Still bummed as all hell that Snyder never got to finish his Justice League trilogy, though. I really wish he’d been able to film those and then have the DCU reboot, but alas. If nothing else, Superman: Legacy is developing a heck of a cast.

Got my Best Buy steels for The Fugitive and Oppenheimer today! The debossed title on Oppenheimer was a nice surprise — I thought for sure I’d have to wait on Manta Lab’s edition for that. Hopefully they announce it soon…

Here's to hoping for some good deals! I'm surprised we haven't gotten any word on a steelbook for The Creator yet. I would've thought Best Buy would've carried it, but it seems like the announcements are getting slimmer of late. I guess we'll know for sure soon enough! -

That's my understanding, based on The Digital Bits (minus Titanic, which has been up for order for a short while now). The new Avatar steelbook and Way of the Water with gobs more special features will be out Dec. 19, with True Lies, The Abyss, and Aliens all coming in March. -

It's a shame True Lies is really getting shafted on the special features. All these others, there's like an entire page of features that will be spanning multiple discs. Get to True Lies and it's like...ennnhhh, a trailer, maybe, we'll see. 🤣

Makes me wonder how the Multiverse Saga is going to play out now, especially with projects like Deadpool 3 and the prospect of multiversal incursions Doctor Strange set-up. I suppose this answers the big Jonathan Majors question looming over the overarching MCU and what Disney will be doing with this actor. Presumably they have plenty of time to course correct and figure out how to replot this stuff, but damn. Scrapping your entire Saga villain is a pretty bold step when they could just recast him instead. Such a weird call.

WB directors need to start pulling a Zack Snyder and take the film reels with them when they leave. I'd love to see these cancelled movies "somehow" wind up online for people to watch.

I still haven't watched season 2, but even still I'd be surprised if we don't see Loki again in some way, shape, or form in the future. However, that may be more dependent on what happens with Jonathan Majors and if/how the MCU moves forward with Kang. We'll just have to wait and see.
