Anyways thanks @deckard99 you were able to get exactly what my concern was whether or not i misunderstood something previously. You did something similar prior with another issue and I really appreciate it.

Thank you. That much WAS clear. What as absent is that whether or not you guys are still negotiating more copies, leading me to come to my own conclusions which I would rather not.

But can you also confirm as to why I didn't make that cut? I was #108 and 8 was added. I can't confirm that those members were platinum and therefore would get the nod over me. However i don't see that header in their profile or on the left side of the forums allocated to their info. Whatever the case, I'd like to know how I could figure out my chances outside of this numbered list because it's clearly not in the order it should be if we're jumping around as it looks like.

I would like to think so. But it's extremely confusing since that wasn't mentioned first and then congratulating this other group of 8. 

It's also not very informative simply just to congratulate additional people and not mention anything else like that being the end of the line or anything. Forgive me if i missed any other posts that would have cleared that up.

Missing this hurts. Especially that 8 got in after the initial 100 and i was 108 and missed. Was allocating shelf space and other preemo batman pieces for a "shrine" with this as centrepiece.

Ya i remember hearing that. It was also said they were still working on the remaining spots and that wasn't finalized yet; it was THAT that i was more referring to in terms of the list being finalized.

Can someone confirm that this will be shipped with the intention to slide past customs with minimal to no cost? That's all I want/need to know and if yes, at what measure is that being done? 

All I'm seeing is people saying things that may worry me, but may or may not matter depending on how this is packaged. Anyone with experience from the other MAG sets can possibly say if not one of the admins?
