I was convinced it was a night-time scene, which is why I got it wrong so many times.

I thought for sure you were going to guess it in one or two guesses, since that is your favorite Roger Moore movie.  It took a long time finding, was going through screenshots last night, then fell asleep involuntarily with my phone on my lap.  Spent another 30 min looking for ideas this morning and finally came across that one.
