  1. @hansreinhardt you are correct. The scene is from Spectre. My screenshot quality is pretty bad, but from the full image I believe you can see the Spectre symbol on the ring.
  2. The swan dive was not from Dr. No. It was from Diamonds are Forever.
  3. Challenge 23: My favorite genre is the superhero genre. It is what started me in collecting steelbooks and then premiums. My wife and I have seen every single MCU movie in theaters, and my kids have seen all of them as well from home, and I am pretty sure they adore them as much as me 🤩. Newer ones seem to be losing the magic unfortunately, but I haven't given up hope. My pictures are a little out of order, but the first superhero movie that made me fall in love with the superhero genre was Spiderman 2. This was the best one for me until Iron Man was released followed by The Dark Knight. Didn't think anything could compare to the Dark Knight until MCU went into overdrive and released one of my all time favorite movies The Avengers. MCU continued to roll out incredible movies as part of the Infinity Saga, which built up to my favorite MCU movie of all time in Infinity War.
  4. @hansreinhardt that was incredibly impressive! Absolutely ridiculous that every guess ended up being wrong.
  5. Agree, actually just saw it for the first time last week. Was pretty surprised how critics and audiences both bashed it. I thought it was actually pretty entertaining. Artwork on steelbook is looking very nice, and even better than the recent steelbook for the 1982 movie.
  6. After seeing Quantumania I have to almost agree with the below quote from an article I just read. "Hell officially freezes over as a Marvel movie from Sony generates bigger buzz than the MCU’s Phase Five" 😆
  7. Challenge 22: Thanks @Reagh for the unique challenge. Most difficult part for me was digging through boxes to find the books. 1. The Godfather 2. Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets 3. LOTR FOTR 4. Casino Royale Favorite adaptation is LOTR. They put so many incredible details into every scene and really brought the books to life. It's almost impossible not to picture the movies when reading the books now.
  8. Some new steelbooks that arrived from France this week. Universal combining full gloss with spot gloss for the BTTF steelbooks is impressive. WB for Black Adam with the standard matte, but the title got some spot gloss it looks like.
  9. Well figure I will get the ball rolling. It could be from anything. What about Goldfinger?
  10. Challenge 21: Thanks @Blu Magic Ray for the challenge. @extantsrevenge I wanted to reach about a missing 1000 post award as well. 😀🙏 1. La La Land 2. Gone with the Wind 3. Top Gun 4. Phantom of the Opera (this one might not count) 5. The Princess Bride 5a. Dirty Dancing Not a huge fan of romantic movies, although my wife is, which means I still end up watching them. Probably favorite would be Dirty Dancing.
