Completely agree with that ksosk, specially from my perspective of missing out on the WW box, I hope they continue making them for other films and I get to buy one in the near future. At least one... I'm sure it makes for a lovely display piece. -
I love seeing the pics, but I'm not sure it makes the wait any more bearable lol My one gripe with the pics is "Exclusively" and "only" are a little too repetitive, but I get it, it's a big deal ✌️

Let me ask you this, have you ever tried watching the trilogy back-to-back? That did it for me the first time.

Haha nah, it was a long shot. I enjoy the trilogy but since most people just like the first the most it makes sense to just do the first. Another cool leather slip ? love it. How about 4K?

So just me wishing this is the trilogy? ? (Even if it's just the first in 4K). If it's a wooden box I'd be ok with it, more room (I hope) for another 2 cases.

So why is Schindler's List EC and Ghost in the Shell UC? I know what they mean, what I'm asking is why was one outsourced and not the other?

I see. So the idea to make it an exclusive with the 4k included was an afterthought after the design was submitted to whoever manufactured the slips. Right?

lol Now that you've said it I think you're right. Sorry about that. Well wow, even the plastic wrap is nice ? No need to check about the logo, the product is finished, they're not going to carve it out now. Honestly, it's not a big deal, it's just strange that a retailer that specifically has UHD in its name puts more emphasis on the blu ray logo than on the ultraHD one. It's killer looking regardless of what logo is on there and I can't wait for shipping to start!! It's going to be a loooooong wait.

Now those are nice!! Both of them. The fullslip is so glossy, it's going to attract so many scratches, that's the one bad thing. But it looks lovely, as does the leather fullslip. One question now that these are finished products. Are there any UltraHD logos anywhere on either fullslip? It doesn't really matter, but if they went to the trouble of adding the blu-ray logo for the 2D disc, which obviously isn't the highlight, did they do the same for the 4K disc?

More images would be good. How about the beauty shot to show off all the contents? The fullslip edition has had it for a while, the leather edition deserves one too!

Ok so I'm not mad lol I was trying to find where I had read/imagined I had read it to quote it. Either way, it makes more sense it is not included. It would only increase the cost of the edition and would add little in terms of beauty.

Thanks, that's what I thought. I can't find it now but I thought I had read the fullslip was included, which I thought was odd.

I think it will be, yeah. I just hope they don't let us down with the 4k. BTW, is the whole fullslip edtion supposed to be contained in the leather slip? Or is the leather slip substituting the fullslip?

Looking good, shame about the long wait. What is EC01? I thought this was exclusive 02. Also, there are quite a few blu ray logos all over the place but no ultra hd logos. Seems odd!

I guess. I was wondering how they were going to make the exclusive happen if the disc itself wasn't being sold yet. Still, they're going to be getting it amongst the first and may be the first to give it a premium treatment so that's a good effort.

I think they'll sell if the print run is more limited than the first time. But I don't think re-releasing is very wise, it makes your own product devaluate somewhat, even if it's not identical to the first. And I'm a big fan of 4K, but there are plenty of films they could focus on instead that haven't been given a premium version with 4K.

That's good enough info for me lol I just had no clue how much the leather outer case would add to the price.
