Update for Batman+Batman Returns Release on Cinemuseum Facebook: BATMAN DAY CMA Update Good morning to all collectors and supporters of CM! On this particular day dedicated to Batman, I couldn't avoid giving an update on the title that has accumulated the most delay in the history of premium editions! I am mortified by this wait that does not admit excuses or justifications, but unfortunately a series of truly incredible adverse events have occurred on this title, including the recent need to find a new company for the printing of lenticular cards. However, there is also good news because the new partners who deal with the assembly of the Boxes and the printing of the lenticulars, have proved extremely reliable in the ongoing productions (Joker, The Goonies, Jaws, Justice league ...) and can watch with optimism to next season to make up for most of the lost time. Unfortunately the structure of our business was not prepared to support this amount of work in the face of many problems in the production phase that required several reprints with all the problems that ensued in terms of waiting. I know that after reading this long post you will want a release date and I want to be honest with you by confirming that the two Batman + Batman Returns Boxes will be released in January 2022 effectively setting a record of delay in the delivery of a product, right. so I will continue to always guarantee maximum assistance and immediate refunds to those who request it. The other promise I can make to you on behalf of all the staff is that we will speed up the production phase without ever compromising the final quality of the product that you have come to appreciate over the years, and this Batman combo box set will surely be one of the most lens but also one of the most prestigious ever made. I wish everyone a happy Sunday with a very special thanks for the patience shown while waiting for this title! Instant purchase! Hope I could get my hands on this one and then I stop my hunt for the HDzeta Lenti for a reasonable price (prices might go down after Manta release though).

Several questions crossed my mind reading this: CM ships out Joker since the beginning of August. Do they need a month to finish that? It´s a very low print run though. Did they send out only 15-20 editions a day? Direct pre-order was back in November last year and CM didin´t receive the booklets yet, unbelievable. And... CM already gave another reason for a further possible delay, the reprint of part of the lentis. Nevertheless I stay optimistic that CM meets their shipping dates this time.....

Thought the total print run is 3000, 600 OC 1800 copies plus 1200 copies of single editions, additional 400 each.....

My OC arrived today. Unfortunately I had to go the Ebay route as I missed out on the group buy.......

So shipping will no start before mid/end September at the earliest, 10 month after preorder.....

Correct. This was my first and last direct order with CM. Did this on preorder date, Nov, 27th last year, before having signed up here in December. If I intend to buy anything from CM in the future, I will go for the group buy, for sure!

As expected....another delay.....again. The rare communication of CM is always just about delays. Feels like copy and paste!

As a German fan I´m neutral, may the best win the final. The team performance on Sunday plays the crucial role. I keep my fingers crossed for England though. It´s not that I don´t like the italian team, they deserve to play the final, but Italy already was European Champion back in 1968, England never was. Italy is 4 times World Champion, last one in 2006, England only once back in 1966. So I believe it´s England´s turn now....

No penalty actually, but nevertheless England was the better team and deserved to reach the final. England can write history and win the 2nd championship after 1966. Italy will be very hard to beat though....

I guess they knew that you have to throw patriotsm overboard when it comes to collect points for predictions. And there is still a small chance that those 4 may go away empty-handed with a danish surprise....

I´m very impressed about Luis Enrique. Just after Spain had lost the penalty shootout, he congratulates not only the italian coach Roberto Mancini, but also a lot of italian players embracing them and congratulating them with a smile on his face. Amazing behaviour, true sportsmanship, my deepest respect!

What I already said a few days ago, I expect England to reach the final against Italy or Spain, difficult to predict this one though. But England will play in Wembley, a great opportunity to win this competition with the support of their fans....no matter which team will be the opponent! After a long wait of 55 years...I keep my fingers crossed.
