I got one too! I have always regretted not getting the OC for this release, especially since this film is one of my all-time childhood favorites. @Gary K I would also be interested in an MPC if yall have one that fits this OC.

Well...yeah lol. Special occasions in this case = costumed conventions, comic-cons, etc. Goes without saying lol.

Can the One Ring be sized so I can wear it out for special occasions?

I was actually unaware that Nova had TWO Lenti lines for JW. I'm only familiar with the 4K Lenti fullslips, since those editions are the ones I've seen and I've been trying very hard to get. In general, I'm not a fan of the O-ring style of slips, but I suppose it's cool of Nova to release JW4 in that style to match the prior Blu-Ray editions. But only as long as they then follow up with the Lenti fullslip....😂

It's probably 300 copies of each version, since there are now two editions for each film.

That's what I've heard. I'd like to have a really nice set of all the films, but as soon as I buy one, they make two more lol. I got a great deal on the Best Buy Stash Book trilogy, but they'll probably release another set for 4-6, and then one more for 1-6 lol.

Unless they keep making more...lol

Dang...that's sort of a slap in the face right there. Not a huge fan of O-ring slips, especially for lentis. Just doesn't feel right for a lenticular to be on anything except a fullslip.

No Lenti fullslip to match the first three films??

And another thing.... Why can't I like ALL of Edition A or ALL of Edition B? If I mix and match, the spines won't look right on my shelf lol. I love the wrap-around artwork on the Bs, but I'm just a little more fond of Edition A for Unexpected Journey. And NO, before anybody asks...I absolutely will NOT be sold on purchasing all six editions. I just can't do it lol. Decisions...decisions.... EDIT: Just looked at the GB and it doesn't look like we have the option to "mix and match." GB is only for all Edition As or all Edition Bs. That might make it a little easier to decide. My list has more Bs than As anyway. Majority rule, right? Lol.

4K also just dropped for pre-order at Best Buy US, but this one has different artwork. Looks like I'm double-dipping because I actually like both versions.

Wal-Mart just dropped their exclusive steelbook, but it's Blu-Ray/DVD only. Odd choice...but same artwork. Surely Best Buy has got to get the 4K now!

Of course, it's Zavvi, who still won't ship exclusives to the US. Maybe this will show up elsewhere.

I did enjoy these movies, but they're not near up to the enjoyment I derive from the LOTR trilogy. Although I would love to have this matching set for that, I'm afraid I won't be purchasing these. But the artwork is still stunning!

I would really love to grab the OC of this release, but after all the backlash I saw regarding the quality (or lack thereof) of the Nightmare on Elm Street release, I'm a little hesitant to order anything from this retailer. Especially for that price....

Oh, dude...I can't tell you how much I love that idea and the visual I just got in my head lol. Now I'm not sure I can even thoroughly enjoy this as-yet unreleased edition since now I want a space station to hold all my discs!

Was examining this artwork closer and happened to notice that this packaging looks almost like a Digibook....

I'm excited for this release as well! I've worn out my digital Vudu copy from watching it so much lol. Aside from Star Trek: TNG, this is my favorite Sci-Fi series.

It's not the best movie, and the acting is a little sub-par, but I would definitely recommend a viewing. Everybody was hating on this movie, but I watched it anyway and it was surprisingly much better than what I was anticipating. Especially the ending.... I blind-bought the blu-ray on release, but this steelbook looks sick! Will be picking this up as well.

Oh, I'm not bothered in the least! I don't have a premium edition of LOTR, so I'm happy either way. But I'm enjoying reading all the other comments about the results lol.
