According to their Facebook mention, the total copy limit of this release will be determined by the whole purchase numbers. In other words, if you're in the available area of KimchiDVD direct buy, you can get the copy without any pressure of copy limits. You just have to do that during the disignated period of time. The purchase-available period will be around March, and the exact period date will be mentioned soon on The Blue Collection or Kimchi DVD Facebook page.
