Up (Zavvi): Up is one of my favorite Disney films, so naturally I needed a nice steelbook of it as well. Actually, there is only the choice between Zavvi and Blufans. At Blufans, I was quite confused by the pictures online, apparently there are two slip variants, that I don’t like at all. Therefore, Zavvi it is. The original Disney Steels from England are things of beauty: Beautiful artwork, chic embossing - something you like to put on the shelf!

Up (Zavvi): Up ist einer meiner Lieblingsfilme von Disney, daher ist es nur logisch, dass ich auch ein hübsches Steelbook davon haben wollte. Eigentlich gibt es da nur die Wahl zwischen Zavvi und Blufans. Bei Blufans wurde ich aber nicht so ganz schlau aus den Bildern online, anscheinend gibt es zwei Slip-Varianten, die mir aber so gar nicht gefallen. Daher wurde es nun Zavvi. Die originalen Disney-Steels aus England sind ja sowieso über jeden Zweifel erhaben: Schöne Artworks, schicke Prägung - sowas stellt man sich doch gerne ins Regal!

@extantsrevenge Nils, bzgl. Awards: Ich habe vor einigen Wochen, bevor die ersten Awards neu vergeben wurden, bei John unter einem Post einen animierten Test-Award gesehen. Ist irgendwas geplant, dass es mal animierte Varianten der Awards geben könnte? Oder war das einfach nur eine Spielerei zu Testzwecken?

Ja ist sie, da kann man aber ruhig nochmal drauf hinweisen, finde ich. Kommen ja noch genug Fragen, wo Ad Astra etc. bleiben - das hat damals sicher nicht jeder mitbekommen und ich würde mal vermuten, dass sich dank COVID auch nicht viel getan hat ..

Jau, das ist der Plan! Habe zumindest den Vorteil, dass meine Freundin auch sehr großer Filmfan ist und meine Sammel-Leidenschaft unterstützt. Die wäre also sofort an Bord wenn es um ein eigenes Heimkino geht. 😉

Wäre auf jeden Fall ein Traum von mir, vielleicht irgendwann mal, falls wir uns mal für ein Haus entscheiden

Jau, der letzte Godzilla war auch der einzige Film, bei dem tatsächlich mal der Nachbar geklopft hat
