I like the way this box opens compared to the other ones.

I agree with 4k resolution not making a big diff.  But I think OLED and local dimming does provide a nicer pic. unfortunately I don't think you can get that with out the 4k part.

Nooooooooo, I hope 3d isn't done because #1 in a world of flat screen 4k home viewing why else go to a theater.  #2 I like it too much, I know it's a gimmick but so is all entertainment.

I do need to up grate too a 4k/3d though before they go out of style. I've got an older 3D Samsung at the moment. Just hard to find unfortunately. What brand model do you have?

As far as combining 4k and 3d into a higher resolution I think that would require a rework of the software.  Although that'd be epic, probably never happen.

Is this the first title Filmarena is using this type of hard box with the magnetic fold?

My first one too, I just got my copy I ordered direct from filmarena today so I'm guessing it's just a matter of invoices and things getting organized. Hopefully any day now.

Had a quick question about novamedia.  I recently purchased three movies with white full slips, Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, and John wick.  On all three slips they seem to be made out of some sort of white plastic, does Novamedia always do this for white slip?

At 37 I'm not sure why it took me so long to start collecting limited blurays/movies. I've always had a big movie library, and have always loved any limited edition packaging with all the cool art. 

At this point with around 300 movies it's far to late to upgrading my entire library so ivy been focusing on just getting the limited full slips (when possible) of my favorites.  I was worrying about the cost of getting things second hand off eBay but do to the cost of shipping from certain companies like kimchidvd and others the total amount paid is about the same

After doing a bit of searching MP seemed like the perfect place to get more serious about collecting.  There are some things slightly confusing to me, for example to be a supporter do I just buy a tier. Or do I have to buy and confirm? I'm sure I'll get figured out in no time and look forward to sharing this awesome hobby with others!
