Digipacks are very cool for panoramic art in addition to what you mentioned @ksosk. Hope we see some panoramics with embossing (and a lenti or three ).

Design 1 if it is revised for a full face (also the vertical title is iffy). Otherwise Design 2. The title font size is largish on all designs. I prefer less dominant title font size.

That is one awesome gift. Considering what engraved/cast medallions and beads cost stateside, this is quite impressive. @ksosk, you've outdone yourself again! 👏

I can confirm a very good fit on Coco and Episode VIII. 👍 Make sure to flex the edges a couple of times for the cover to retain its shape, it makes slipping the one clicks a lot easier.

I was going to mention these issues in a PM as I also see the same on my copies... GitS was perfection but I assume UC is using thicker leather, so it does not wrap as neatly. Hopefully, this is something they can look out for and address. Also, the edges and corners seem rounder than GitS, which was squarer (heh), again this may be due to thicker material. Don't get me wrong, Matrix and SPR are great releases but it would be good to address the little things on future releases. To make a long story short, three areas of improvement:

1. Use spacers to eliminate bowing when the contents are thinner than the case (or make the case stiffer to withstand the shrink)
2. Eliminate bulges on top/bottom of spine
3. Reduce rounding of edges and corners

Looking forward to the next installment in the series, which I presume will be Schindler's List.

Would have been a great release. Hope UC has a replacement already queued up.

Would love to see an animated title given the treatment. Only a handful animations are available in 4K though. The latest (and my first choice if I had to choose) would be Mary and the Witch's Flower, which has already had a great Japanese LE. Of course the upcoming Lion King 4K is equally desirable if UC can score a license for limited release. But I ramble... 🤪
