Yeah its legal pretty much everywhere in Europe now, Just the US that still has real absinthe banned. You can buy it there but its not allowed to have wormwood in it.

I have a friend in Finland, she used to be one of the admins with me on Cradle Of Filths old website, she orders from them all the time without any problems. Perfectly legal to import absinthe into Finland ?

LOL! no I'm just a nerd interested in certain area's of popular culture. I wouldn't have even known he has his own absinthe if it wasn't for a German site that is the best online store for buying Absinthes from around Europe, especially the rarer and more exclusive bottles. They managed to get his brand in stock and I was just lucky. He never even mentioned it on his site.

I like a mixture, sometimes I'm in the mood for stronger but I'm long passed the days of pounding it down, I like to just pour and sip and enjoy.

I'm not a huge whiskey fan, much to my fathers disppointment lol "Being Scottish" I really find Scotch bad, but I do enjoy American whiskey which is sweeter.

I collect rare bottles of absinthe from around Europe with the exception of the Czech republic as what they call absinthe isn't the real thing its a Czech variation hence they miss the "e" off the end. I have about 16 different brands at the moment, with only one opened. I like to drink it properly with sugar and iced water. I do own the Manson absinthe and have 3 bottles of it. We went with a Swiss company that makes very very good absinthe with a high wormwood content, its very trippy after a couple of glasses

Oooooh nice might have to get some of that. I've just ordered Rammstein Tequila which comes in a seriously nice bottle with leather case, and its getting rave reviews being one of the best tequilas on the market

Actually yes. I'm always wary when celebs etc endorse products, but Bruce is a big real ale fan, and went to one of the best smaller breweries and the result is a really nice ale with good throthy head and a smooth taste. ANd of course the bottles are very cool with the caps being different version of Eddie to collect!

I drink any wine as long as its nice, but I hate cheap stuff. Do love a chilled French Chablis!
