To be honest, there are only  two supernatural films that have really scared me:

The Exorcist and the one about army project where they studied a person who was possessed. Sorry, don't remember the name but maybe someone else will. Even though I'm not very easily scared these two films gave me nightmares.

Think I saw that I believe it was called the atticus institute although there is many Possession films so could be a different one your thinking of

It was The Atticus Institute, thank you @Luvsteels  I went to see IMDB and there it was. Very scary movie in deed.

Yer it was a very creepy film watched it about 3 months ago really enjoyed it normally Possession films look and feel fake this was different felt like it could be real ???

The spot where I stopped watching was where that one man said you shouldn't play with evil or something like that. I was like ok..I'll go and see The real housewives of whatever. ?
