It's Finally Friday!!!!!!! While it's a 3-day weekend for a lot of us here in the US for Labor Day, I'll be sitting at my console working. SO I pray that everyone has a great weekend, and drink and extra one for me on Monday!

It is neither a Steelbook...

(only a Metal Case - namely a FuturePak)

 

Nor is there any kind of Slip for this Edition...

(and certainly no lenticular)

 

Also the back is just - let's say - ok.

 

But the front ...

(Unlike Steelbooks, a metal case's embossing options are less limited by design,

and this edition is one of those few future packs that are exceptionally crafted).

It is an Edition of the retailer

 

 

that was realized by crowd funding and contains the stylized horror masterpiece SUSPIRIA (1977) from Dario Argento.

The Metal Case was crafted by INDIEGOGO to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the movie.

Only 950 units of this Beauty were made.

 

Excuse me for presenting the front from different angles -

but this is the only way that the various reflections of the surface can be presented adequately...

Personally, I have never played a game with such an astounding level of polish, both in terms of gameplay and graphics.

The story was compelling enough and I liked that Snake was not the character people expected to play as.

I still consider the first MGS to boast the best plot and characters overall, though.

I'm in the same boat. No updates since July 22... Both The Witch and my copy of The Dark Knight from BluFans arrived at the Chicago hub on the same day. TDK was here a few days later, and I've gotten two orders from Zavvi in the weeks since that shipped out after The Witch. Second Sight asked me to give it another week just in case, so Thursday will make it a month since they shipped it out. I even opened a missing package ticket with USPS. Nada. Freaking sucks.

That's what happened to me. No shipping update since the 26th of July. But on the good side, they sent out another copy. Happy Saturday!
