I received a tracking email for my OC

with a second tracking number from manta,

then a week or so later it just shows up.

I presume the hub orders will take a bit longer,

Having to go through the hub first.

Honestly without Media Psychos and people posting their inquiries to manta I wouldn’t have known about any updates on the extras.

Some news from Mondo

I do agree that a good amount of the poster are bought by scalpers, But also I think having one of a very small print run is part of the appeal.

It would be nice if they did something about the scalpers that seem to have gotten into everything now.

It’s kind of upsetting when something sells out immediately then there are tons of them with insane marks ups for sale the same day.

Also with the founders gone who knows how this will work out. I’d imagine any artist are going to go where the founders went, or somewhere else.
Funko is great at oversaturating the market with things people don’t want.

It would be nice if they continue printing but I don’t have much hope with the Funko ownership. Im hopeful other companies can fill the void,

I don’t have any posters from bottleneck but the pictures I have seen look very nice.

I also wonder if this means the end of the Mondo steelbook line. It would be a shame, We have gotten so many beautiful steels from them.

I hate to do it, but I think I'll pass and allow myself to pretend, if only briefly, that I'm fiscally responsible and really do not need a fifth freaking copy of The Batman. However, I absolutely love, love, love the idea of cheaper steelbook premiums sans disc and definitely want to see more. If they release something I do not already have multiple copies of or that give me an opportunity to upgrade a standard edition already in my collection I'll jump on it ASAP. I’d really like to have the first of a new series, but I really don’t need another copy of a movie I already have.

Always loved this art on the Zavvi steel

so it when it was revealed, it was the obvious choice for me.

I usually prefer the depth type lenticulars but some of image change lenti’s are really nice.

I used Evangelion rebuild 3 because you cant see the title on 1, the title is the same color as the slip.

Rainbow

All the Ghibli steels are together obviously 

but other than that my collection is pretty chaotic.

Anime steels in one place, Lionsgate releases with slips in another, anime with amaray slipcovers are near the bottom, and premium get their own shelf space.

Thor Ragnarok 

I think it’s a better movie then Thor, although I still really enjoy the first.

When the Top gun sequel was announced I thought it would be a cash grab, but it turned out amazing.

A Quiet Place part 2

I wouldn’t say it did anything better than the first, I just enjoyed the continuation of the story

as I really liked the the first one.

Kingsman the Golden Circle 

I enjoyed seeing the American counterpart to the Kingsman, especially Pedro Pascal.

The Hunger games: Catching Fire 

I liked the clock arena.

As for a sequel I would love to see ?

It would have been really cool to see the full story of Akira made into multiple films.
