Any ideas on group buy starting? This one is going to be one of the most chaotic releases in terms of getting hands on it in a minute.

Managed to snag a DL directly. OC seemed like it was available for about 90 seconds before selling out. So far my Manta collection is only DL so I figured I’d keep it consistent. Phew. I’ve been a part of too many GBs lately. Forgot the rush of racing at release time to try to get something!

Anybody have experience with the English subs on Plain’s non-English language releases? This is a favorite film of mine and I love the edition Plain has put together, but all my other Plain releases are films that are in English so I haven’t had to worry about potentially shoddy sub translations. Or I guess it would be a good opportunity to learn Japanese 😂

So I’m not a tier member and I put a request in for a one click. I’m worried about not getting the one click. Can I/should I put in a separate request for a single edition. I just want my best chance of getting any piece of this release.

I’m assuming no GB info on our end until the pre-order info comes out in February?

I wouldn’t fret. My tracking shows mine has been stuck in Chicago for several days on its way to the east coast. I just like to think I’ll get a nice little surprise one day when it shows up.

Received my One Click. My first sub-100 numbered edition which kind of doesn't matter, but is also kind of cool being for a movie I loved so much.

Thanks! I’ve ordered from Nova direct before and haven’t ever had a bad experience, but I definitely would love the security of a group buy over trying to snag on my own, but definitely not the end of the world if I do!

Any info on a group buy for this? I realize probably not going to be hugely popular release, so not sure if interest has to great enough to merit the resources of a group buy.

Glad to see there’s some of us excited for Dark Waters. I feel like this will not get quite the glamorous treatment that 1917, but I’m still excited to see what we are going to get.

I feel really stupid, but I think I did something similar and accidentally submitted to order two double lentis in the form when I only want to order one.
