I was asked to remove it from Youtube as it was deemed a copyright infringement - even though there is not one frame or sound from the original film in my production and other Blade Runner productions are still up. My friend Matt Mickleson had his "Blade Runner 2" taken down too. I was told that the concepts were "too close" to the original. I am currently re-editing and regrading the film for a 10th anniversary underground release and I am trying to find a SPFX wizard to improve the FX which are a bit too 2D. The grading was very much of its time too and I want a unified colour palette this time Love the collection - from those I have two briefcases - DVD and HDVD but no blu ray, all the other editions aside from the one in a CD box and the bottom left steelbook. I have a few others and the big box Warner released with the DVD and script. When I made the film a guy supplied some screen accurate props - right down to magazines shown in the far background and these are in my collection too. A guy called Karlus G (A tailor on Birmingham) came on board and made loads of costumes and for free to get his name in the film - he made my "Ray Botty" coat ( I played Ray Botty and got my hair bleached to match Roy Batty) Two outfits for "Raquel Rosen" (the grey dress is one) and Tom, the star's "Rex Dickard" shirts. A lady from the Royal Shakespeare company made the "Mein Kampf" machine loosely based on the Voight Kampf and her friend david C Ayling made the working arm and designed the poster for the film. The lady playing "Nora" (Zhora) is a 6ft 1 stunt artist who naturally did all her own stunts whilst her partner choreographed lots of crowd scenes.

I get a mention in the latest edition of Future Noir by Paul Sammon - I actually sent him the cover idea that they went with but was never actually credited for it. I got to know him when he saw some clips of my fan film Blade Dumber online. It took YEARS to make - I learned After Effects to add some scenes like extended sets etc. There is a teaser online but many of the shots either changed or were improved upon before it was released at a local cinema on Sept 5th 2015 - we raised over £2000 for MacMillan Cancer Nurses that night. No actual footage was used in the film but we did copy costumes, weapons and model work - and a mate did 8 x 4ft matte paintings too!

Hi The Good The Bad and The Ugly is probably my face film of all - although I do love MANY others. I am also a big Blade Runner fan see my reply to Deckard elsewhere. In 1989 I made a film called the Spaghetti Junction Western and (rather naughtily) my late friend Paul did the run round a local graveyard at 7AM one Sunday morning. It was shot on beta and only a very poor copy exists now. I loater wove it into a longer film (an hour) that saw him not only do the TGTB&TU scenes but bits from the Prisoner TV series shot at Portmerion. I found a better copy when we went through his stuff - he passed away ten years ago this weekend (April 7th) and I remastered the film back then as a tribute

Hi there guys. I am originally from Birmingham England, and grew up from the age of 4 in one house that I owned (after my parents passed) with my wife until last July. I was there for 52 years! I started my media collecting at a young age initially by recording TV and films off the TV with a tape recorder I got for Christmas 75. We got our first VCR - a Sony Betamax C6 - in October 1983 and in 1986, shortly after starting work, I purchased my first VHS a JVC. It was a used machine from Radio Rentals but was refurbished with new heads etc. It was a fabulous machine that recorded beautifully. At the time I worked in the "record department" at WHSmith and so I got 25% off all purchases. I started buying movies and within a year I had a modest collection of about 140. My grandad passed away on Christmas day 87, and left me some money that allowed me to purchase a betamax camcorder, and a hi fi Panasonic VHS. By now I was buying tapes in threes and fours collecting movies and when I did stop buying in early 94 (I swapped to laser disc) I had over 2000 pre recorded and when I stopped "taping" 4000+ tapes I had recorded off air. A small lottery win in 1998 allowed me to buy a "big screen" rear projection set (a 50" which was massive back then!) and a new thing from the US called a DVD player. Again I was off replacing films I had bought on VHS, widescreen VHS and then laser disc. In 2001 I bought a Philips DVD recorder - that was awful and was junked quite soon after and I moved to Toshiba. I had that until it broke in 2008. I got my first Blu-ray in 2008, and bought an Oppo 103 (which is still in use) two years later. Latterly I bought in 2017 an Oppo 203. My job from 2002 to last year was as a designer, at a manufacturing company. I had them build me a steel shelving system, three boxes deep and that had holes at the back to pass through wires to my projector. In late 2021 I backed the Philips 4K U5 UST projector kickstarter and that is now the one I use in the USA with a TCL 75" in the living room for "every day" viewing. When I moved I downsized a lot - I sold about 800 discs and shipped the rest to the US. I now mostly watch discs as there is so little on TV I want and I want best sound and PQ available. I have about 120 steelbook editions (I had more but sold a load) My genres are sci fi, westerns, Bond and similar. I have included some pics from 2022 before everything was shipped
