  1. Can anyone tell me if there are any titles not in the list on Page 1 that may be getting worked in within the next 12 months? The reason I ask is I am interested in getting Jurassic park set and if I get it and something else comes out later this year, I doubt I will be able to get. I think one will be my limit for the year considering I am unemployed with my wife being only one bringing home the money. Trying to make decision to order or hold out for something else. Thanks!
  2. Ghostbusters 1 & 2 4K were on my list for some time now and almost bought during Black Friday deals. But I had heard that Sony was re-releaseing them, so held out. Glad I did. Hate double-dipping! ILike Predator & Karate Kid. i have both those on 4K. Then they released the sets and that is only way to get the sequels.
  3. Cool set! Luckily got mine for $30 when it was on sale. Now back up to $50.
  4. I ended up buying since the 2017 4K release is OOP and costly. I can live without bonus features. But the fact that Sony did not do a 4K transfer of Spider-Man 2.1 sucks. Only way to get that is with the original 4K set that has the Blu-Rays or the BD sets out there. Working on custom covers for all the Spider-Man films. Going with a comic book feel. Here is what I have for the first one to give you idea:
  5. Cane across this and thought I'd throw my 2 cents in. I pre-ordered mine at beginning of January from Walmart for the $99.99 price and just days later, it was no longer available on their site or Amazon. For me the $150 price was a bit much but once the price dropped, it was a no-brainer since I did not own the previous 4K releases. Luckily, mine was not damaged at all in shipping, as many had reported online. I hate digipacks and slipcovers, so the two bonus discs were put in new case. I normally throw slipcases away but since this is a collector's set, I put them back in original box. Also made custom covers for the set.
  6. Thanks for the welcome everyone! I have been browsing around the site and still scratching my head and feeling lost. I came across this site through a google search for UHD Club after seeing a listing on ebay and got curious. Does everyone really sign up for group buys and pay those deposits without knowing what the final price is going to be? I have a feeling these may to be too much for me. But I would like to have an idea of the pricing before jumping in. I have watched a couple of unboxing videos and they are simply gorgeous! I saw that the Jaws listing is closed but didn't see any price on it. i know it came out since I saw it on ebay. Wondering on original cost (not the $330 ebay cost)? It would be nice to add one of these to my collection some time. I do like the looks of the Jurassic Park set. But again, saw no price. I don't want to commit to something and then the price is so high that my wife will kill me! Even though I may not buy on a regular basis, I will keep an eye on this site for future releases and hopefully see something I can get. I am budget-minded, as my wife is only one working now. So, with only one income, I have limits on what I can spend. Hopefully someone can shed some light on this for me! THANKS!!
