New member from Washington State, USA. I've been a casual buyer of media all my life, but have really turned up the heat on blu-rays over the last three years as the streaming universe has become more unclear/chaotic and I've come to care more about presentation and experience. The heart of my collection is films noir, and I tend to gravitate towards older films in general, as well as American arthouse and independent.
Favorite directors: Anthony Mann, Jacques Becker, Sam Fuller, Mario Bava, Ida Lupino, and John Carpenter.
