FA had them made I believe, to go with the titles you mentioned.
They are a good fit for Baby Driver and Orient.
Steelbook Central will be releasing a whole load of new sizes, and restocking, in April. So they will be available from there soon, and from MP soon afterwards. (As we are the official USA distributor for them)
If you want them sooner, drop Andre a PM, but I'm not sure if he has stocks of them. Presumably he could order you some with his next delivery etc.

It's simpel. The Movie Release in Germany was the October 2015! I had 2 years time for it ;-)
