Ich habe mal aus Neugier bei Ebay.de nach geguckt die Predator Maniac Box ist zum Verkauf von 877,29 + 69,43 Euro also 946,72 Euro aus USA zum Verkauf ohne blu-ray und 4K UHD Disc, das ist die reine Horror Abzocke. Da haben wir alle bei André die Maniac Box für 650 Euro Günstiger bekommen ohne Disc, Wahnsinn

Mensch. Da kannste auch noch 300€ senden. Haste immernoch 350€ gespart 😛🤣

Gerade bei einem Release wo Member auf Editionen verzichtet haben, damit zb ihr sie bekommt, ist das nicht gerade nett die Teile für 160-190€ gleich zu verkaufen. Wenn es danach geht hätte ich euch nicht beliefern brauchen. Da hätte ich behauptet die Teile sind defekt und hätte es selbst für 180€ verkauft. Das wäre doch auch nicht nett, oder?

Egal, ich merke mir das immer dass anscheinend andere Member es wichtiger brauchen in Zukunft.

Es ist absolut nichts gegen diejenigen die mich angeschrieben haben. Aber anscheinend ist es einfacher einer PN zu schreiben anstatt mal hier zu schauen. Das verstehe ich ja auch. Aber versteht auch mich das ich keine Zeit habe 30 Mitgliedern PNs zu schreiben. Das kann ich hier mit einer Info erledigen. 

Deshalb werden wir das hier üben in Zukunft 😂. Ab jetzt werden sämtliche Nachrichten per PN wo nach Status einer GB gefragt wird IGNORIERT! Alles hier bitte fragen. Auch teile ich hier wenn es etwas neues gibt. Wenn was versendet wurde zu mir, wenn da, wenn Versand zu euch. Dabei erklären sich ganz viele Dinge von selbst wie zb....

1. Kein Status nach versendet zu mir = Es ist noch nicht versendet zu mir.

2. Angekommen = Bedeutet es liegt da. Und nicht versendet zu euch, sonst würde das mit dort stehen.

3. Versendet an euch = Memberliste im GB Thread checken ob ihr dabei wart. Schaffe bei großen SBs nicht alles an einem Tag zu packen und zu versenden.

Ach ja.....keine Info zu nichts bedeutet ich habe auch keine Info!

Eigentlich doch alles sehr logisch 😀

Vielen Dank für eure Hilfe mir auch ein bisschen weniger Arbeit zu machen.

Nochmal zu deinen Unterstellungen. Jeder der mich kennt weis das ich unter Sammlerkollegen niemals überteuert verkauft habe sondern zum Selbskostenpreis. Manchmal kauft man doppelt aus Angst eine Edition nicht zu bekommen und da weicht der Preis enorm auseinander. Wenn man selbst teuer kauft muss man auch überteuert verkaufen sonst bleibt man drauf sitzen. Gutes Beispiel ist HDR von HDzeta. Ich selbst habe hierbim Forum um einiges nehr bezahlt was andere woanders bezahlt hatten. Lg

Unterstellung? Du verkaufst es für 195€ bei ebay KA. Wie gesagt, kann es nicht verbieten. Aber hier "Druck" machen und das ganze nur für diesen Zweck...nein Danke. Viel Spaß in anderen GBs in Zukunft.

Schon komisch. Du bist derjenige der hier Stress gemacht hat. Wegen Update usw. Und genau du bist auch der der es nur schnell wollte um es nun völlig überteuert zu verkaufen. Es ist irgendwie immer das selbe. Ich kann dir das nicht verbieten.....wie auch. Aber jeder der mich kennt weis was jetzt kommt. Für zukünftige GBs von mir wirst du nicht mehr bedient. Betrifft natürlich nur neue Bestellungen. Denn ich war nie ein Zwischenhändler für ebayer. Ich liefere an Sammler die es wirklich wollen. Finde das dennoch nicht gerade nett wenn man hier so tut als wartet man sehnsüchtig drauf und dann stellt man es sofort bei ebay ein. Aber egal, viel Erfolg beim Verkauf.

So richtig verstehe ich deine Aussage nicht. Denn ich sage immer hier Bescheid wenn was versendet oder da ist! War noch nie anders!

Und wenn ich zu E4 und 5 nix sage, dann ist es auch nicht versendet. Und nein, ich kenne auch keinen Termin 😂

Du verstehst das jetzt nicht. Storno ist halt bei FA anders als du erwartest. Ich habe nie Geld zurück bekommen. Wie soll er das auch machen? Er kann keinen Rabatt geben aber 1000 Editionen zurück zahlen? Er gibt das immer nur als Guthaben in den Account. Und Sorry, das mach ich nicht. Was will ich mit 5000€ im Account? Wovon soll ich euch auszahlen? Und wenn er dann Pleite geht ist mein Geld weg? Nein, das wird so nicht laufen.

Warum? Ich muss klären ob das überhaupt gehen würde und wenn ja wie? Aus Erfahrung geht das nämlich nicht so wie sich das die Leute denken. Das klingt nur schön wie er es schreibt. Und dann kann ich gleich allen sagen, geht nicht. Denn ich hatte schon mal Stornowünsche.

Ihr müsst jetzt nicht alle schreiben das ihr dabei bleibt. Wahrscheinlich wird es eh nix mit Storno. Wir könnten nur einen suchen der die Bestellte Ware übernimmt.

Endlich gibt es eine Info von FA! Kurz gefasst...die Editionen kommen ohne Disc! Einen Rabatt kann er nicht anbieten. Er bietet Storno an. Aber das muss ich erst abklären. Ich gehe davon aus das ich Storno mit meiner SB nicht anbieten werde/ kann. Ich informiere euch Zeitnah was wie gehen wird. Danke!

Dear Collectors,



thank you for the very long wait for the title PREDATOR.



We will briefly recapitulate the history so far regarding this project. In October 2019, we were approved by the Fox studio to produce the exclusive SteelBook PREDATOR and all relevant numbered editions. After the production and delivery of this SteelBook, it remained in the stock of the distribution partner Bontonfilm, which, due to problems in the media market, decided to withdraw from the distribution of physical media, and this matter technically took place during 2020, when the SteelBook PREDATOR remained in its warehouses. After that, the acquisition of FOX was completed, the titles and rights of which were transferred to Disney, there was a technical change in the distributor in our market. In September 2021, the Disney studio verbally confirmed to us through the words of distribution that we could release the SteelBook PREDATOR. However, the new distributor requested re-approval of individual numbered editions. At the time, we thought that to undergo this procedure once more was primarily decency within the framework of good relations with the partner who helped us to regain the SteelBook PREDATOR from the outgoing distributor. In addition, once approved editions should not be a problem to approve and publish in an accelerated mode, except for cosmetic minor things. Unfortunately, we've been waiting for two years already, and logically it seems too much for everyone, especially if the studio and distribution still haven't given us objective reasons why we can't send the Fox studio-approved editions to customers.



That is why we decided to proceed according to the original scenario when all rights but also obligations, claims, and liabilities should be transferred to the new acquirer of rights. In the same way, the exclusive SteelBook PREDATOR should be released according to the original concept approved by the Fox studio, it is polite to replace or update some copyrights as far as possible.



But now to the point. The final approval of the studio to send the editions, for which we have been waiting for so long, is tied to the delivery of physical media, which we do not yet have. That's why we came up with the option to offer you individual PREDATOR editions without discs. The paradox is that both Blu-ray and 4K Blu-ray discs are on sale all over the world, but we still can't get our hands on them. The whole project has already cost us a lot, both in terms of effort and financial resources, and we honestly don't know when the studio will approve the delivery of the discs. In addition to financial and reputational losses, the whole project cost us a lot, and we don't want to wait any longer. We need to get the editions to the customers in order to at least partially cover the total costs and finally finish this project. The delivered editions will contain everything we showed you in the beauty shots, the only thing missing will be the discs. Originally, we wanted to offer customers two options: 1) send without discs to those who do not want to wait any longer and 2) wait for discs for those who are not in a hurry, but we are not interested in extending this delay, which is beyond the normal limit, any longer, because on the one hand, we need to free up space in the warehouse and at the same time end speculation about what is going on behind the scenes. Any other solutions would only mean further delay. That is why we come up with this proposal. For those who do not want to accept editions without discs, we offer the option of canceling the order and refunding the money. Due to the high costs of this project, we are unfortunately unable to provide a discount for the delivery of editions without discs. We will offer canceled orders to interested parties on waiting lists. We are not sure whether there will be any editions left for free sale after the processing of the waiting lists, therefore we will announce any free sale in advance by bulk email or on the e-shop.



Our decision is not one you make every day, it took us long, but we can see it as the only option to deliver the coveted and long-promised exclusive SteelBook to customers. We won't completely satisfy you, however, in our opinion, we did the best we could do and in time. It is possible that this decision will bring us even more unplanned problems, but it is the only option to avoid delaying the solution for months or years.




Regarding PREDATOR editions, we will send you information by email during this week, about when and how it is possible to cancel your order. About a week or two before we have it completed, we will send another email with information that we are preparing an expedition. For the E1, E2, E3, and E5 editions, we estimate this already during October, E4 box will take a couple more weeks.



Unfortunately, we will have to postpone the release and distribution of the next upcoming editions by this time, because we will be using our assembly and shipping team to the maximum.

Predator kommt also discless....allerdings gibt es keine Rabattierung für das Fehlen der Discs. Wer das nicht möchte, kann stornieren und bekommt sein Geld zurück.

Bei Stornierungen werden Käufer auf der Warteliste bedient.

Ich werde das Angebot aber annehmen......vielleicht hilft es ja, den Filmarena Laden am Laufen zu halten.....

Bitte nehmt das Wort Storno noch nicht so ernst. Ich gehe nicht davon aus das dies funktionieren wird. Zumindest in meiner GB. Ich versuche das zu klären mit FA

Leider sind die VÖ Angaben alles andere als Zuverlässig. Dann kann man überhaupt nichts drauf geben. Ich habe absolut keine Information von FA. Seit paar Wochen werden meine Fragen nicht mal mehr gelesen. Bitte versucht es alle selbst per mail direkt.
