It's almost a philosophical, metaphysical question. Should we buy editions that -subjectively, or course- we don't consider suitable for a film but we find individually beautiful?

 

It would not be the first time that I unexpectedly bought an edition because it was beautiful. But, at the same time, it seems to me so little Gattaca ....

 

 

If this helps, I had the same feelings, maybe the artwork doesn't exactly fit with the film...but it still wonderful, amazing I would say. 

At the end of the day I thought the steelbook alone was not good enough for such an amazing film, I needed a bit more...so I pulled the trigger.

Funny than in Spain you can only find the Interstellar book in english, but i will have it in spanish for this wonderful edition.

Problem with this is that usually you will have to buy many units, they just don't sell 5-10. 

What I do is using old digipacks that I find on ebay. 

Anyway, as I mentioned, main problem for custom digipacks is different size of trays. 

t would be nice to know exactly what is the size or the tray used for these digipacks. 

I don't really like these 2 discs digipacks, you end missing the extras on the regular bluray. 

I wonder if one of the single disc trays can be manually replaced by a 2 disc tray in terms of size, i've done this before using some old digipacks, trays where exactly same size of course, but usually that is not the case in terms of height.  

Tars is actually one of the best characters of the movie
