Yeah, I saw the update from back in October, I was merely asking if there was anything further as we are in January now. I will take that to mean there are no further updates. Thank you.

Any news on when the OC will begin shipping again for those that paid shipping invoices 4-5 months ago?

Having not seen the shipping invoice yet for the OC, it’s not fair to speak on if it’s more or less what was expected.

But just on the general discourse, I can understand it from both sides. On one hand, MP can’t control inflation, rising shipping costs, etc. On the other hand, if people are going into it expecting X and it comes in vastly higher, I get the shock.

Maybe the middle ground here is to approach it like Manta did the Justice League Mother Boxes. Saying we don’t know the shipping details yet but expect it to be more than normal because it will be heavy (at least that’s what I found in my communication with them on it). This takes people out of the (oh a normal OC shipping will cost $60 for instance, now I have to factor additional charges into that decision). Now of course it still becomes a bit of a crapshoot and you still get people  upset in certain instances regardless, but that way it kind of swims in that middle ground to get others to expect more and hopefully tempers assumptions. Just my thoughts on it at least.

Great to see an update, looks great. Hope this keeps moving along, can’t wait for it!

Any news on an expected ship date now that (I think) everything is back to being open and operational again? 

Hope it doesn’t change too much, especially the inner, loved the look. Glad there’s some updates on it at least and here’s hoping it doesn’t take too long to release. This was one I’m really looking forward to. 

Invoice paid. Pumped for this one to arrive.

I haven’t seen this movie since I was younger but holy smokes these look awesome. May have to dip in on the full slip and hope I remember liking the movie.

The still insert might be one of the cooler pieces I’ve seen in any premium, though I’m a sucker for film strip type things.

I’m glad you mentioned the email part. I would have just assumed in PM here and been nonchalant with email notifications. Gonna keep a watchful eye on the email now.

Exciting that invoices are starting to go out for this! Not everyday that you’re happy to spend money 😂 but I will gladly get this paid off as soon as it comes in.

It’s definitely different and I could understand those who don’t like it but I loved the vibe and storytelling feel of it. And Thomasin McKenzie was awesome IMO.

This was one of my favourites from last year! Not sure how popular the Cinemuseum OC are usually but hoping I’ll be able to snag one.

Yeah it’s super weird this movie hasn’t gotten a 4K transfer yet. Seems like a movie primed to be upgraded to 4K.

Watched this last week again and got more hyped about this release! Can’t wait to see some more sneak peaks.

This looks incredible!! Great job to all involved. As someone working in the print industry I know how tricky all of these details and decisions can be, so just outstanding work, this set is gonna look amazing!
