Yup, I guess these are the perks of being a GB host.. Fair play to them though, people who organise Gb's and help people there/here/wherever to get their hands on these editions deserve to make some money IMO

and also they then dont announce when something is cancelled either it takes someone to ask them by email then they confirm its knocked on the head.

social media is ONLY ever used when they have got something to show, anyway no disappointment for me on this one.

 

i do actually wonder how many more have been cancelled they said nothing about?

@Neil21Harris did you ask about any of the others at all, if not it maybe worth asking while you at it? out of the remaining in that list 👍

I asked them a few weeks ago, studio's are being 'restructured' so a lot of designs are just pending approval. The only thing manta and we can do is wait and pray. 

Why don't people just order direct? I understand joining GBs for Hdzeta and Blufans, but Manta lab is very easy to get via their site.. And obviously the GB copies are going to arrive a lot later since they have to ship out their direct orders first and they have a lot of other GB orders from sites like H D N and the facebook groups etc too..

With GB's you know you don't miss out at the cost of receiving  it later.

I want manta to release Blade Runner and Her so badly.. Two of my favorites of all time. 

I asked Collectong about the situation with The Matrix and if it's delayed, this is the answer I got:

Hi, Matrix Pre-order will not happen due to not receiving any information. We will update when we get more information.

It looks like it's delayed due to the studio being difficult.

It looks so good! Way better than I expected. Was going to pass on this but that steelbook is making this so tempting.. Still a bit concerned about the slips though, I want to know if the lentis are going to be any good before I order. Hope its not the same quality as ouatih

Manta make beautiful fullslips.. 

The Revenant, man of steel, Inglourious Basterds, Fight Club, la la land are the first that come to mind. I also liked the Once Upon A Time In Hollywood fullslip but opinions are divided on that one.

Well in that case it's a matter of taste:)
On the other forums people were generally very disappointed, including me, because of the very basic finish and the weirdly embossed hair. I'm new here so I don't know what people thought of it here.

I think they'll do that treatment on the titles on the spines yes.

What I meant to say was that I think they are going to look boring in terms of finishes:) forgot to add that. Not imagewise.

I don't think manta could have done any better with these designs tbh, considering they had very little to work with. Their last releases haven't been really brilliant though, so I'm afraid the FS and especially the back of the SL are going to be really boring.
So DL for me:) I thnk both images on that slip have good potential for great depth.

I put it wrong in my first post, I did not mean to imply that I am ONLY joining for hdzeta group buys. 

I am also planning on being a part of the community as I try to do on, uhm, that other site. Just joining for group buys would be exploiting the effort people put in this site.

I have been active on Hamton Ducks Nargles for some months now, figured I'd join this forum mainly for hdzeta releases because hdzeta is basically banned from Hamton Ducks Nargles. 

For now I'm going to get used to the layout and everything.
