Thanks, I also saw that this GB was listed as closed, does that mean that there's no way to get this through here anymore? 

This is my first time using a GB site to try and get something, so forgive me for being kind of dumb but how much would getting one copy of this be, after shipping, GB fees and all? (Ballpark)
