Hi Guys!

Any UK/London based members here, that can tell me a good place to buy Steelbooks in London apart from the odd HMV (that is bound to get closed anyway)?

I'll be there in february, and would be happy about every tip I can get. I'm also looking for nerdy stores that sell comics and all that good stuff.

I've been in London a few times now, but everytime I've found a cool store, it was closed by the time of my next visit. 😭

Anyway, I hope you guys can help me out :)

@Ardi41 never been but Fopp in Covent Garden sell MoC/Arrow/BFI/Artificial Eye releases and apparently run some good promotions.

https://www.fopp.com/stores/london/

HMV will still be open in February i would think.

CEX have a chain of stores which deal in second hand Blu-ray's sometimes Steelbook.  Always worth a look, can get some bargains sometimes.

I would think Camden Market would have some stalls.

Hope this helps a little. 👍

@Ardi41 HMV was the place to go for steelbooks unfortunately they look like the are going into admistration. If you have a chance to drop in then have a look. I think they are clearing their stock as the stores near me are closing.

Comic book stores forbidden planet is a good one. Comics and memorabilia.

I think Fopp is a division of Hmv so maybe it will also dissappear. The Fopp was replaced by Hmv where I live.

HMV was the last high street shop that has steelbooks, Cex is second hand stuff as mentioned above but mine doesn't tend to carry many steelbooks. You can use the online site to search if the store near has stock though.
