Just read that Alice Cooper is releasing album "Paranormal" in July. Nice. Been Alice fan since a kid. And what's better in this album he's with his old 70's buddies ! Produced by Bob Ezrin.

@psychoscot Alice Fan ?

I am, but his last few albums haven't been great. Even Welcome To My Nightmare 2 wasn't that brilliant. Always love a new Alice album though as there are always a couple of great tracks at least.

@psychoscot Did you like Mansun ?

I did.

Now Paul Draper is releasing solo album Spooky Action. Pre-ordered it few minutes ago.

I really liked first album Attack Of The Grey Lantern and have the cd, but haven't really heard much of their output after that. Wide Open Spaces was remixed here in the UK by Paul Oakenfold and became a massive hit, they kind of disappeared after that press wise.

Theres probably a lot of rock albums I missed between 1992/3 through to recent times. Around that time I got very heavily into Norwegian black metal and started helping run Cradle Of Filths official site. My music buying habits for a good 10 years after that except the odd US artist like Manson were pretty much 99% European metal and extreme metal, with a heavy leaning towards Black and Black/offshoots. I still bought a lot of hair metal stuff from 80's bands I grew up on but new stuff outside of Europe basically passed me by. I heard Nu Metal and stuck to basically anything Non American lol

Any info on upcoming Manson album ? @psychoscot ? He had a gig here in the weekend and was repoted to be pretty doped up. Well, he said it him self too. Wasn't one of his best shows. I was not there.

Nothing yet dude. I'd imagine it will be soon, and if he does a package like he did on PE, it will definitely be worth buying directly from his store. Box set for that was superb, as was the very limited first print digipak containing the limited black carbon cd
