Sad to tell you (if you haven't heard already) that Stan Lee has passed away at the age of 95. To say that he had such a great life and career filled with achievements in an understatement: I like to think that the last two decades brought him such success in the movie world. A massive part of our childhoods gone away forever. What a sad day. We've lost a legend.

I am not a MCU fan at all .

 

Yet from the TV series of the late 70's and various Movies and cartoon series Stan Lee crossed genre's and generations to bring joy to all ages .

 

Truly a sad day ??.

 

My thoughts to all who loved him and all he loved .

I'm devastated by this news.

 

I collect comics for so long and he was such a big part of that. A true genius.

R.I.P. Stan Lee. An Inspiration to us ALL! The heart aches... In fond remembrance, it was truly wonderful to see him so present in all the recent movies; and I am so very, very happy he was here to see his Marvel finally, fittingly, take over the cinematic world (if not, UNIVERSE!) in the unheralded fashion it has (he truly, truly deserved that!!) Very sad to see him go...
