IMPORTANT UPDATE

 

Modification of GB participation :

 

When you enter the GB page, you will see a ‘Reply to this topic (Locked)’ tab.

DO NOT WORRY!

The GB is open except that the new system removes the need for members to type out their order.

 

Getting an order :

 

Similar to the previous system, we will need this information -

- quantity,

- which country you are from,

- the edition you are ordering.

Except, they will come in a form format!

Scroll to the end of the first page and click on the 'SUBMIT GROUP BUY REQUEST HERE' link.

 

This will bring you to the form page to select the details for the group buy.

Please ensure all required fields are filled.

 

Upon submission of your form, your order will appear in the GB thread as a post by an administrator showing,

[member's name]: to [your country]

1 X [your edition]

 

ALL IS DONE AT THIS POINT!

REMEMBER, THERE IS NO BACKING OUT OF A GROUP BUY AFTER THE FORM IS SUBMITTED.

 

Selecting 1x something :

 

In the event, multiple versions are provided you can select "TO UPDATE" in the drop-down for EDITION option. Once the information for all the editions is confirmed, you will be notified to go back to the form and update your choice.

 

 

In order to reduce errors, the GB thread is now designed to have zero personal posts. All inquiries should be posted in the releases thread or the accompanying info and chat thread.
