IMO . ......two of the best movies ever made ..The Thing and BladerRunner .......... . especially now they've been remastered .....total awesomeness ...........nothing really comes close ......

Time taken to upscale to today's technical standards can be a big help 

 

Zulu the cast is perfection .  Story , Setting , Music everything is still as fresh and vibrant as ever . 

 

Jaws the pace carries the story that is a thrilling watch .

 

Alien groundbreaking in that Ripley was a more than welcome refeshing lead . Credit to Ridley Scott for taking a chance on Sigourney Weaver being Ripley.

 

The Thing no matter how our time has advanced in that amout of nothing of Snow and Ice .Having a signal of any kind would be of no help  .
