@Jigsaw  did you and your Secret Santa provide a “want list” to each other? 🧐 

 

Also it is not how many goodies you give each other, you give out of what you can afford and be comfortable with…

You have the option to set a limit with your Secret Santa, or set a limit for yourself with which you feel comfortable. If you're new to Secret Santa looking at previous events can be a little intimidating, since some Psychos are going crazy 😅. If you look at the stuff you got your Secret Santa and it makes you smile I'm sure the other person will feel the same.

 

So I'm agreeing with what @Veum wrote above.

My SS partner and I need some help in getting started with selecting a gift for eachother.

 

Do you have any suggestions with how to kick off the process?

 

I personally feel a little weird in asking for particular things.. I'm usually just happy receiving whatever the person happens to choose for me.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

You’re both welcome to surprise each other. I don’t really have any particular guidelines to offer you.

The main point of this event is to get members to better know each other while sharing tastes in movies, art in general, etc.

Conversing with each other will give you an idea of what your partner might fancy as a gift, without necessarily making a wish list.

My perspective @Whodini as I also agree w/Eli, however I think a list does help with pinpointing down to one another likes when it comes to movies 🎥! :)

 

Like I’ve said before though it is not the amount we give each other it is the thought… and remember also, give what you feel comfortable in affording and just “give from your heart” ♥️
