CHALLENGE 35 - "FAMILY BUSINESS" Post 5 editions of movies that star two (or more) members of the same family. Besides acting partnerships I also accept filmmakers directing a family member (note: directing duos like the Coen brothers and the Wachowskis count as one family member). The following family relationships are accepted: Grandparents-parents-children-grandchildren. Brothers-sisters. Uncles-aunts-nephews-nieces-cousins. Married couples (can be either before, during or after the film’s shooting, so divorced couples like Pitt-Jolie count as well). In-laws and unmarried couples do not count. An actor/filmmaker can appear in more than one movie as long as the other family member is a different person (ie. Francis Ford Coppola and daughter Sofia in Godfather III, plus Francis and sister Talia Shire in any of the other Godfather films). And finally, name your favorite off-screen/on-screen couple. This challenge comes from @R1s1ngs0n read the reveal here! Important, this Psycho challenge is supposed to be fun! It is intended to share cool pictures, exchange thoughts, ignite discussion and bring Psychos together. Hopefully it will also be a great starting point for the inactive Psychos and jump right into the action. Special thanks go to @raylight for all gifs he made for this challenge and other awards 🙏 Challenge Update! To make it easier for members to join or rejoin the Media Psychos Psycho Challenge we will now start to allow submissions for specific previous challenges at all times. At the moment challenge 1-20 will be available, more challenges will be added in time, but it will always be a few weeks before a new challenge is available again. If you submit any previous challenge, please only do 1 challenge at a time in a single post, also say which challenge you're doing. Below you will find the currently available challenges! Enjoy. Challenge 1-10: Spoiler Challenge 1 from @extantsrevenge: Show us your favorite Lenticular Edition (that you own) and tell us why it is your favorite. In addition let us know which type of lenticular you prefer? The one with depth only or the one with changing/transition images, include another 2 of your favorites of that type in your picture. You are not allowed to use a previous award picture for the challenge! If you have not taken part in our Lenticular Award, now would be a good time to do so ☺️ Challenge 2 from @R1s1ngs0n: Show us your 5 favorite Premium editions under the following stipulations: - One edition only per retailer of your choice. - The editions have to include at least one Asian release and one European release. - The editions have to include at least one steelbook and one non-steelbook release. A short summary explaining what makes each of these editions so special would be greatly appreciated, Please no pictures that show other editions than the once you selected. Challenge 3 from @GuyIncognit0: Show us the Top 3 "Extras" in your collection: extras must have been included in the slip, mailed with the release, or an MP exclusive product you must only pick one of each type of "extra" extras must be pictured with the release they're associated with As always, a brief explanation as to why these are your favorite is encouraged. What qualifies as an "extra"? Here are some examples: lenticular magnets/cards posters, keychains, coins, etc MP's TARS, Blade Runner Badge, release-specific magnets, etc Pre-order bonuses If it came with the release or from MP, then it counts! Sealed collectors need not worry. There should be enough options outside of the shrink wrap to allow everyone to qualify. Show us what you can without piercing that precious plastic force field 😉 . Challenge 4 from @raylight: "SHE DRIVES ME CRAZY" Make sure to watch the video for the detailed info. Show us 5 different Movies with 5 different transport vehicles on the front. - Every type of packaging is allowed. - Every type of transport vehicle is allowed. - Make sure you include 5 different types of vehicles. - Also for example don't show Fast & the Furious 1-5 and say they have different "fast cars" on it. - But you can show 5 vehicles that come from the same vehicle family! For example a regular Car, a Police Car, a Taxi, a Truck and an Emergency Transport. That would be okay to use. And now search your collection for valid titles and present them here for the next challenge point ! Challenge 5 from @Gary K There’s A First Time For Everything a/k/a We Were All Newbies Once For week 5, members need to dig back deep to when they first started collecting premiums. To satisfy the week, you must post 5 different premiums from at least 3 different retailers that represent the first (or close to the first) you ever owned. In addition, this week is all about our origin stories so for each release, please let us know why/how you found and acquired that particular edition and what about it motivated you to continue collecting that retailer or premiums in general. Finally, one of the editions should be the one that you first bought when you joined MP, or the title that led you to MP. Let’s see how we all got started!! Challenge #6 from @InfiniteDoors ABCDLMNOP: Alphabetize and Summarize! For this week's challenge, we're going to be spelling our usernames with the first letter of a movie's title! (Un)fortunately, how hard this will be is entirely based on your name. We will also be sharing the origin of our names. Here's the rules! Only the first letter of the title can be used. If it starts with "The", use the word after it. If It starts with a number, use the first letter of said number. Numbers in your usename can also be covered with the the first letter of that number (for example 1 = One). Any editions will do! Only one movie per letter. For those who think they can spam X-Men Origins: Wolverine, I've got some bad news for you. You can only use that movie once. But the other X-Men movies are fair game! Tell us a little about yourself. How did you come up with your username? Cheese It! Maybe you're short a letter or two. Well, you can always get creative! For example, let's look at my submissions here: Challenge #7 from @Pbsw23 ‘Creepin’ it Reel’ Here comes Halloween People! This week we would like you to show us 5 different movies that are either Horror or Halloween themed. All Horror titles are of course allowed, but only 2 titles from one franchise. If you do not have any Horror titles and because it is Halloween this week, don’t panic because we are also allowing titles that prominently include the following: Witches Ghosts Vampires Skeletons Zombies Werewolves Please note that ALL other Monsters/Aliens/Creatures will NOT be considered for this Challenge. All movie formats are inclusive (BluRay, DVD, VHS etc.) And Finally, all Movie titles Must be of an age rating of 12 or above. No Buffy the Vampire Slayer or Casper the Friendly Ghost please and thank you. 👍🏼 We would like you to accompany your submission with an answer to the following question - What was the First Movie that you recall that Creeped you out? Thank you and Let’s Go! 🎃👻💀🧟♂️ Challenge #8 from @Trianna Somewhere over the rainbow~ For this challenge I want to bring some colours in this thread and put the spotlight onto the spines at the same time. So to complete this challenge you have to build a rainbow out of your collection. Which means you have to put overall 7 editions showing just the spines in the following order Red Orange Yellow Green PaleBlue DarkBlue/Purple and Pink You can use all kinds of steelbooks and premiums just no Amarays. But please (if not visible from the spine) tell us which movies you used. We also would like to know in what order you usually display your collection: Colour-coordinated? Genre-wise? Name of the retailer? Challenge #9 from @Gentleman "Don't stop the music". 🎹 🎶 In the Challenges so far, we've mainly focused on all kinds of editions for movies. This time we want to highlight an important aspect that can make a movie so much more memorable - the Soundtrack. Music is an integral part of any Movie experience and many of them have amazing soundtracks/scores. Sometimes the soundtrack has become even more famous or successful than the movie itself. Therefore, the upcoming challenge will also be about the music that is closely related to the movies we love. We would like to know your 5 favorite soundtracks. Take one or more photos of 5 movies and the corresponding soundtrack. Both must be in physical format. Which format doesn't matter (Premium Edition, Steelbook, Amaray etc. for movies / CD, Vinyl etc. for soundtracks). We would also like to know what the first soundtrack was that you bought. Please tell us something about how you came to buy this soundtrack. We are really excited and look forward to the challenge and your posts. Have fun and let the music play! 😉 Challenge 10 from @extantsrevenge: "Choose your Weapon" Please show us 5 different movies from your collection that feature 5 different handheld weapons on the front or back of the edition. Please also tell us what your favorite weapon for a hero and a villain in all of cinema history is (so 2 weapons 😉). - Every type of packaging is allowed. - Make sure that you only choose weapons that a person could hold in their hand. - If a package shows more weapons, only 1 weapon is counting from that movie. Challenge 11-20: Spoiler Challenge 11 from @ethnosax IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN A recent study from MediaPsy Co. projects that by 2025, 98.4% of all new film releases will be sequels to existing films. In anticipation of that coming reality, I present this week's challenge. This week, we are asking you to share five (5) movies in your collection that are sequels. Further clarifications: Each film must represent a different franchise/series. Any film that was released after an existing movie counts as a sequel (i.e., prequels are allowed). No reboots or remakes. Only sequels. If a film you present does not have a numeral in its title, or if you endeavor to be especially clever or devious in your selection, be prepared to justify its status as a sequel, if questioned. We also request the following additional information: For each film you present, point out something about it that is superior to the earlier film(s) in the series. (Note: This doesn't mean you have to believe the sequel is better than an earlier film; we just want to know something you really like about the sequel.) Also answer this question: What is a forgotten, neglected, or underappreciated film that you love and believe deserves a sequel? (For full credit, you need only name the original film. However, we also welcome more robust pitches for plot development, characters, and so forth, should your creativity enable such elaboration.) Our next challenge is: Challenge 12 from @bossjon: The Directors. This week we would like you to show 3 different movies from your 3 Favorite directors. Keep it fun and mix it up. All formats are welcome. Beta anyone. In addition, Please indicate your favorite movie from said director, film does not need to be included in the pictures. Also, if the director has released something that you just despise, spill the beans. (Not mandatory) Our next challenge is: Challenge 13 from @Catgirl: What's good on TV? Since we focused on the movies a lot already, this week the medium that has grown the most in recent years will become our focus. TV SERIES. Show us 5 of your favorite TV Series. It is enough to show a season per Series but you can also show the complete series. Add a short comment what you like about the Series you picked. This Challenge is about live action Series, so Anime and Cartoon have to stay out this time. Since most of the Series are now on different Streaming platforms, we also would like to know the 3 Series that you want most as a physical release. Enjoy the show. CHALLENGE 14 from @coupelle: THE ANIMALS For this weeks challenge we would like you to show us 5 different animals on 5 different editions. Every type of animal is allowed. Whether they are domestic, wild, aquatic, imaginary or legendary, everything counts. In the tradition of challenge 4 & 10 the challenge seems quite simple to achieve, so we are going to limit the allowed editions to Steelbook, Premium, Mediabook & Digipack releases. No simple Amarays or DVDs will be accepted. Please also share with us what your favorite animal is and tell us why. Hope you enjoy the new challenge. Our next challenge is: CHALLENGE 15 from @R1s1ngs0n: Xmas Special Challenge - "Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow" As Christmas is just around the corner, we thought it would be the perfect occasion for our members to share 5 editions of their favorite Xmas or snow themed movies. Every format is accepted: dvd, amaray, mediabook.... even custom steels 😁 Movies that feature a single scene that occurs during Xmas or only one scene with snow in it, will NOT count towards the challenge. Also, only one type of snow is accepted, so don't try to be smart and post something like this: And lastly, pls share the movie or movies you plan on watching next weekend with your family/friends. Interlude: A new Challenge will return on January 8th until then members have the chance to complete up to 3 of the previous challenges. See all the details here! Challenge 16 from @Chief_lookout: It's so hard to choose! Happy New Year, Psychos! I am honored to present to you the first new challenge of the new year, challenge 16! After many discussions with my best friend about our favorite movies, I decided to keep a list of my favorite movies on my phone, because, inevitably, I left some out! Which got me thinking, what are everybody's favorite movies? For this challenge, I'd like to know what everyone's top ten favorite movies are! You will list your favorite movies, and show five of them! Any format is fine! Remember, it's top 10 favorite movies, not favorite steelbook art! In addition, I'd like to know which one of your favorites you'd most like to see a steelbook release for, and which company you'd like to produce it! I hope this is a fun challenge to kick off the new year for everyone! Challenge 17 from @raylight Hello Members ! Your little Minion raylight is presenting you... "It Takes Two" watch the video for further details... ...or read the following instructions: Spoiler Challenge "It Takes Two" is about team work. So shows us your selection of 5 Movies with Action Duo's or teams/partners in action. These teams can be the classic Cop-Teams, Gangster Duo's, teams searching for a treasure or teams planning a big bank robbery etc. Rules: All Mediums Allowed All Genre Allowed (Action, Thriller, Sci-Fi etc) No love couples ! In the end, we want to see this: And not that: Now browse your collection ! And have Fun ! 😎 Optional: Please tell us which Action Duo Movie still deserves a Premium Edition ? Challenge 18 from @Mrdugan “Merchandi$ing! Where the Real Money from the Movie is Made” This is your chance to show us all your stuff from the movies you love. We want to see 5 movie-related items along with the movie the item comes from. You are free to use any release you want and whatever merchandise you want! Examples include (but are by no means limited to): toys, clothing, cups, tins, plates, books, posters, statues, and anything else someone threw down cold hard cash to obtain. While you are allowed to use any media type there are a couple of rules about the items you may use. Rule 1: The item must have been purchased either by yourself or someone else as a gift. Extras as featured in Challenge 3 are not allowed. Rule 2: Soundtracks, while awesome, are not allowed as they were the focus of Challenge 9 “Don’t Stop the Music” Rule 3: you may only use 1 item-type per movie or franchise. As an example, please don’t submit 5 MCU-related Pops and 5 MCU movies or 5 Star Wars statues and 5 Star Wars movies. We want to see variety either in the merchandise or the movie or preferably both. As a bonus – please tell us why you selected these 5 pieces of merchandise. Week 19 Challenge from @lunazero- "Through the Decades - a Cinematic Journey" Thought this would be fairly straightforward for most members to complete! Members should choose any 5 films which had a theatrical release in 5 different decades. All forms of physical media is allowed - VHS, DVD, Laserdisc, steelbooks etc The decades can be chosen from 1930s to 2010s - as long as each film had its theatrical release in that decade. Using films from the same franchise is not allowed such as Star Wars, MCU etc as many of these span 2 or more decades. If you wish to post films from more than 5 decades that is also fine. If possible, please state your reason for choosing each film. We would also like to know which cinematic decade was your favourite for movies and when you started collecting movies. Week 20 Challenge from @extantsrevenge: "Still Missing! Forgotten Treasures! This week the challenge has 2 parts. First we want you to show us 5 Movies from your collection that you love but only have as DVD because they have no Blu-ray release. You can show more, should you not have have 5 on DVD, show as many as you got, If you don't have any, you can show 5 Blu-ray Movies that you would love receive a 4K Upgrade. But hopefully enough members have movies that have really been forgotten by the studios. For the second part we want you to show us between 5-10 movies on Blu-ray from your collection that you really wish had a Steelbook release, but for some unexplainable reason never got one 😲. The Movies shown in the second part have to be different movies than from what was shown in the first part. For both parts you can add comments to the movies, not mandatory but always welcome. No TV Series in this challenge please. Challenge 21-25: Spoiler Week 21 Challenge from @Blu Magic Ray "Love is in the Air" This week romance takes center stage in our challenge. We want you to show us at least 5 editions with only couples or romantically involved characters on the front. No children, no three, four or more people are allowed on the cover. Only minor additional things that don't distract from the couple shown would be okay, unless the title says Valentine's Day (then you can also include it no matter what's shown on the cover). No "Dirty movies are allowed". All media are allowed. VHS, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu-ray, 4k UHD and also CD (Soundtracks). We also would like to know what your favorite romantic movie is. This movie would count towards the 5 editions needed for the challenge even if the cover shows more people than the lovely couple (but they have to be on the cover). Week 22 Challenge from @Reagh Adaptation For this challenge we would like to know what some of your favorite adaptations are. You will need to show 4 Movies or Television Series and the source material. Have fun with it, if the movie came before the book or comic it would still count since it’s still a adaptation. All mediums are allowed, books, mangas, comics, graphic novels etc. The only rule is…. series only count as one. Example Harry Potter 1-7 only counts as 1. I can’t wait to see everyone’s submissions! Bonus : please tell everyone what your favorite adaptation is & why. Week 23 Challenge from @Fortis93 BEST OF THE BEST For this challenge, you are to pick your favourite genre of film. Action/Adventure, Comedy, Drama, Fantasy, Horror, Musical, Romance, Sci-Fi, Thriller, War, Western, etc. You are then to choose your top 5 favourite films from that genre, or films you feel represent the best of what that genre has to offer. Any editions (Fullslips, Lenticulars, Steelbooks etc.) across any formats (DVD, Blu-ray, 4K, etc.) are welcome. And finally, name the film that made you fall in love with that genre. Week 24 Challenge from @Gary K "And The OSCAR Goes To...." To celebrate the 95th annual Academy Awards, it seemed only fitting that this week’s challenge ask participants to select their five (5) favorite academy award winning films from over the years. Winning in any category will count, though I think it would be more fun to keep it to the major categories (picture, directing, acting and cinematography). Being nominated doesn’t count since no one likes a loser, lol. In addition to the five (5) winners, you must also present your favorite film that you think SHOULD have won best picture. This film doesn’t need to have been nominated (but may have been) and is limited to best picture. Submissions can be in any format (premiums, steelbooks, amarays). Let’s see what you loved! Week #25 Challenge from @R1s1ngs0n "THE MULTILINGUAL PSYCHO" Since MP can be rightly considered the leading international community for collectors of physical media, with members of different nationalities interacting (and in some cases even meeting in person) with each other on a daily basis, it is time to introduce a challenge that celebrates this wonderful diversity. Show at least 5 editions of movies in different languages that are not in English or your native tongue. Movies where several languages are spoken are accepted, provided only one language is chosen from each movie and it has to be used prominently throughout the film (Inglourious Basterds can be accepted as either a German or French speaking film but obviously not Italian). 45
 inactive challenges will be stored here, so that we don't repeat ourselves. Spoiler Challenge 1 from @extantsrevenge: Show us your favorite Lenticular Edition (that you own) and tell us why it is your favorite. Challenge 11 from @ethnosax IT IS HAPPENING AGAIN A recent study from MediaPsy Co. projects that by 2025, 98.4% of all new film releases will be sequels to existing films. Week 21 Challenge from @Blu Magic Ray "Love is in the Air" This week romance takes center stage in our challenge. Week #26 Challenge from @Mrdugan Women in Film The month of March is Women’s History Month in the US and for this challenge we would like you to showcase 5 films that were either produced by a woman, directed by a woman, or featured a woman as the movie’s main character. All releases are eligible for this challenge. Additionally, we want to know your favorite woman in film and why she is your personal favorite. This can be your favorite actress, character that they played, director, etc. Week #27 Challenge from @Veum CHALLENGE 27 “VIGILANTE or REVENGE” 🩸 ⚔️🔫 🔨 🤲 🪓 “The vigilante film is a film genre in which the protagonist or protagonists engage in vigilante behavior, taking the law into their own hands. Vigilante films are usually revenge films in which the legal system fails protagonists, leading them to become vigilantes.” Alright, alright my fellow psychos show us at least 5 films that you enjoy that have a revenge & or a vigilante theme in them! 🎬 Submissions can be in any format i.e. premiums, steelbooks, amarays, dvds). 😉 Do you have a fav(s) vigilante/revenge film that you enjoy watching multiple times? 🧐 Have fun and enjoy! Week #28 Challenge from @hal56 BEST OF THE WORST: Show us 5 movies who either won a Golden Rasperry Award for Worst Picture or Worst Actress/Actor (including Worst Supporting Actor/Actress) and - in addition to these five - choose one movie you think is the most unfair winner of Worst Picture of the Year. Any format is allowed. It´s time to go through the lowest depths of your collection and dig out the campy, the infamous and the really bad. Show us what you got Week #29 Challenge from @InfiniteDoors #29 Gadsby! Trial Without ABC Symbol "E" (A partial part two to my last submission!) I want you to submit 10 films minimum without what I just said, additional kudos if you can draft wholly without it. I also want you guys and gals to not put forward follow-ups as contributions. No Iron Man 2 and 3 if submitting Iron Man, got it? VHS, DVD, Amaray okay to post! Week #30 Challenge from @extantsrevenge I'm happy to present to you our next challenge. Challenge The Villains! Villains are an integral part of the entertainment world, often they are the reason why we especially enjoy a movie or series. Without a great villain, no Hero will be able to shine. So this week we want to give the villains the spotlight they deserve. Please show us 5 different editions from your collection that feature your 5 favorite villains. Also tell us which villain is your absolute favotite and why. - Every type of packaging is allowed. - It is okay if the villain is not featured on the cover. If that is the case, please also include a gif of that villain. The picture shown above is from the website https://screenagewasteland.com/ which compiled a Top 100 villain list (in case you need inspiration for your selection). Week #31 Challenge from @cypheria078 DID THAT REALLY HAPPEN ? There are many movies based on true story or events , and even though some of the stories are very freely adapted by the director, the fact remains that sometimes you can ask to yourself ! "wow did that really happen for real ?" So this week we want to know what are your 5 favorite adaptations of true events/stories (or supposed to be) Every type of packaging is allowed Biopics are allowed but limited to 2 Thank you for your participation and I'm looking forward to see your favorites 🙂 Week #32 Challenge from @Scary Hair THE STICKY END Challenge for challenge 32 should YOU choose to accept it. Hello and welcome my fellow Psycos. I have been asked to set my very own challenge for you all to hopefully complete ❤️. Now you may be thinking WHAT is a sticky End That is the demise of a character in a extremely gross, gruesome, violent way of A The protagonist in a movie that leaves you crying into a cushion with a feeling of loss OR B The antagonist who deserves everything that is coming to them . Rules: A minimum of three titles / editions to a maximum of five . No character can come back once their End is stickied that's it they are ENDED FOR GOOD With the reason that the ending brings you satisfaction no matter how many times you view it . Any format from VHS to 4K, that you own including digital are okay. All genres and styles allowed, YES animated and series . ALL Species and Other Worldly Diversity will be welcomed . NOW ALL SUBMISSIONS MUST INCLUDE AN ULTIMATE STICKY END THAT IS THE PINNACLE OF STICKY ENDS THAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN THE THREE TO FIVE OF YOUR CHOSEN TITLES. Week #33 Challenge from @ethnosax INTERMISSION Settle in and get ready for the long haul. This week's challenge is all about the movies that keep us sitting still for a looong time. For this challenge, show us five movies (any format) that are each at least three hours long. As an optional extra feature (as if this challenge weren't already long enough), tell us about a time you left a movie to use the bathroom or grab a snack, and when you returned you found that you'd missed something really important. Week #34 Challenge from @jwhitm3 DAYS OF FUTURE PAST!!? I wanna see your 3 favorite movies that were set in the future when they were released but time has since caught up and that future is now the past......... All editions and formats accepted And lastly pick your favorite movie prediction that came true or your favorite you wish would come true. Week #35 Challenge from @R1s1ngs0n "FAMILY BUSINESS" Post 5 editions of movies that star two (or more) members of the same family. 27
 Awards
★ Administrators ★ Popular Post extantsrevenge Posted September 14, 2022 Author ★ Administrators ★ Popular Post Report Share Posted September 14, 2022 Since the first challenge is from me I will start with participating ☺️ My favorite Lenticular of all time is the one from the 2014 Kimchidvd Memento Edition. It is absolutely spectactular. This has a perfect transition Lenti and the genius part about it is that in each of the 5 fotos on that Lenti the image changes from Guy Pearce to Carrie-Anne Moss. The different images alternate so you always get the other character on the next picture 😮. I prefer transition Lenticulars over the mostly used depth only Lenti. I think you can do so much more with them. They are much more exciting than the 10th depth lenti of the same character moving slightly to left and right. I included 2 more absolutey gorgeous transition Lenti that show how much is possible. The FAC Ready Player One that switches between the real world and the game world. And the WeET The Predator Lenti that shows the Predator, then adds the known Predator cross hair before changing to the classic Predator view. Both are simply fantastic. I added 2 additional picture to show the transition effect. Spoiler
 Awards
R1s1ngs0n
@extantsrevenge It is no secret in these parts that lenticulars are not really my thing and my measly 5 lentis in my collection attest to that. However... the following is an example of a lenticular done to perfection. The Fight Club DL from Manta has legendary status among lentis and rightly so. Not only is it aesthetically glorious but the wonderful transition perfectly encapsulates the theme of the movie, something that 99% of lentis do not even attempt to do (Nils' Memento is an obvious exception). So naturally, transitional lentis done right carry much more appeal to me than the run-of-the-mill depth lentis, which have long become a tired gimmick in my eyes. I will always favor a nice fullslip over a lenti, except when I find the lenti artwork superior to the fullslip (Manta BR DL being a recent example). Nova's Reservoir Dogs is another favorite of mine - the transition is pretty cool, I must say. I also include Jaws HDZ - the transition is less obvious than the preceding two, but still noticeable on the lady swimmer. 40
 nexusjuan
It is very difficult to choose between so many lentis that have given us joy over the years. But lately I was tremendously surprised by Hdzeta's Batman v Superman. It has it all : - It has very good Depth - It's got great Transition - It has very good Sad Affleck 🙂 - It's very sharp - Good colour, good contrast Why choose, when you can have it all?
 Trianna
As I'm also a lover of transitional lentis though I don't own many, my choice is the U'Mania Joker release. A really good idea, fantastic execution and wonderfully clear quality. Runner-up because I also like the idea with my favorite scene from the movie and of course love the movie itself, is Your Name from TheOn. The downside is that the effect isn't as visible in hand if you don't get the right angle. 35
 Awards
★ Administrators ★ extantsrevenge Posted September 14, 2022 Author ★ Administrators ★ Report Share Posted September 14, 2022 @R1s1ngs0n damn that Fight Club DL is amazing. I'm not sure if I have ever noticed how good it is. If I did I must have forgotten, which is no surprise because my OC is sealed and I only have the FS as extra single 😅 @nexusjuan that new BvS DL is indeed an awesome release. I got my GB copy last week and was also really impressed by it. As you mentioned it combines all things that make a good lenti. It makes you forgive HDzeta a little for releasing the movies for a third time 😂. What are 2 more Lenti that you really like? @Trianna nice choices here and I love how you presented the Lenti to us with the small videos that even include your membership card 😍🙏. I also wish that the effect on Your Name would have been done a little better, as you say it is hard to capture.
 Awards
SilentasKnight
I still think that the Blufans Alita Lenticular is the best one I’ve seen. 2 and 3 would be Kimchidvd Dusk to Dawn and Manta Labs Seven DL.
 Awards
MoneySniper
Alright sooooo here I begin. When it comes to lentis I’m not the biggest collector and the only time I would get a lenti is when I prefer it over the fullslip. As for what is my favourite lenti it is 100% the greatest lenti of all time - Fight Club by Manta Lab This in my opinion is a lenti with a purpose as it shows a transition of both characters on the back & front. As for what is my favourite type of lenti I will have to say depth & lenti. It is really hard to pick. Below are 2 of my favourite lentis, I don’t have many. Iron Man by Blufans. Now this lenti isn’t the best and I think Blufans could of done a better job, nonetheless the idea of it showing both Tony and then transitioning into Iron Man. Last but not least is Your Name by Kimchi. I was pleased with this release and thought the lenti was done nicely as it show one of the iconic scenes from the movie. You get a nice transition for both characters disappearing.
 Awards

hal56
I definitely prefer transition lentis and my favorite is Dunkirk from UHD Club. The seamless transitions and depth on each image is simply stunning. Another one I really like is HDZeta´s The Terminator: Number 3 would be HDZeta´s Batman v Superman Edited September 14, 2022 by hal56
 ★ Administrators ★ cypheria078 Posted September 14, 2022 ★ Administrators ★ Report Share Posted September 14, 2022 If I had to choose only one, it would probably be Tomb Raider from Hdzeta. I'm not a fan of lenticulars in general but I find this one very successful, with beautiful colors and the impression that Alicia is following us with her eyes 😍 The 2 others, Rampage & I Am Legend are great too and complete the podium 🙂
