There are several ‘WOW’ moments that happened, some when I was a child, a teenager, and as an adult.

When I was a child it was definitely Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace. The final fight with Darth Maul Vs. Obi-Wan and Qui-Gon. I had never seen anything like that before. I was 10 years old when this film came out. It blew my freaking mind. I was like:

But the first ‘WOW’ moment happened as I entered my teenage years. It was when I watched The Two Towers in cinemas — the Battle of Helm’s Deep. I was 13 when the film released. I was literally like:

Lastly, as an adult (I’m sure everyone saw this coming), it was The Dark Knight. I have always been a Batman fanatic all of my life (toys, comics, shows, films). I saw it in IMAX film and the entire film was WOW to me. But the opening bank sequence literally made my jaw drop. I told myself “This is going to be the best movie ever”. I’m sure my brain was like:

Love this scene, It’s one of the few times a movie actually tricked me into believing the heroes wasn’t going to make it. When E.T. picked all of them up I was 🤯🤯🤯

I agree. I felt the same way, too.

Another "Wow" moment that gave me that same feeling when I first saw it was this scene:

Easy one for me. Blue Velvet. I was way to young to see it when I did (8 or 9 years old) and this movie opened a door to films and themes I never knew existed at the time. This scene in particular is the one that stuck with me.

You watched this movie at the age of 8 or 9 😳? I thought I got away with watching some crazy a$$ movies as a kid 😂.

I know @extantsrevenge will agree with me on this one.

Another scene that had that "Wow" factor and made me absolutely terrified of a villain/henchmen was this scene in "The Spy Who Loved Me".

This was the first James Bond movie I'd ever seen as a kid. It was being shown on television and I'd started watching it from this point on.

Needless to say I was hooked. It remains one of my favourite Bond films and one of my favourite action/adventure movies.

The pyramids sequence remains my absolute favorite scene from TSWLM and is one that still impresses me to this day.

The movie itself used to sit firmly in my top 5 when I was younger but has since dropped considerably in my rankings, perhaps more so than any other entry in the franchise.

It's one of many favourite scenes for me.

Probably one of the few (if any) times the Bond films delve into horror.

I also miss those large-scale battle scenes with amazing sets and hundreds of extras like the ones at the end of this movie and You Only Live Twice.

Best of the Roger Moore Bond films by far.  I concur, awesome scene.
