Its a strange choice for Cruise, but he obviously got on well with Liman after Edge Of Tomrrow.

Its far superior to BLOW and tonally very different from anything Cruise has done before. Plus Liman is a STUNNING director, I've loved everything he has done since "GO"

I believe it came out shortly after I moved to L.A., so gave me ideas of places to go out; which, of course, quickly became uncool. I was also in a move-to-LA breakup situation similar to Jon Favreau's in the movie, so I identified and such.

You can really see his growth as a director in each successive project. I haven't seen this yet, but I'm looking forward to it. Sure sold out fast  (4K, at least),
