Hey Guys I am new to the UHD club label. I managed to bust my piggy bank to obtain the 4k version of the Dark Knight trilogy.

 

In this time I been watching YouTubers complain about the poor print quality on some UHD club titles like Gladiator, or Inception’s pixelated lenticular cover.

 

Did the Dark Knight trilogy suffer from any of these issues during its print run.

I haven't heard of any issues but I'm also not the most up to speed on stuff like that. I will say that I popped in TDK for Batman day the other day and the imax stuff looks freaking amazing. That's not a ton of the movie but nothing bad jumped out to me for the normal resolution stuff. I have heard that subsequent movies look better but that might just be because of normal tech improvements. I do know that the Dunkirk looks incredible, for example.

@dkd13 I think he meant the art/lentis, not the actual video quality. Which yes there have been some murmurings about, and while they're not 8k quality they are not bad. As for the Gladiator resolution issue... it's a tad blown out of proportion to be honest. I have it and it really is fine. Though it clearly is much better than Inception since that is a lenti and Gladiator is not
