In my opinion this white box looks so much cleaner than the one used for the original UHD edition. Kind of a bummer, but hey, art preference is subjective. Glad more people will get in on the release at least!

The 4k box looks better in my opinion, But I passed on it. 

 

I will try to get this because I regretted passing on that one.

I would, as long as its numbered. Which is a good question, @deckard99 do you know if these will be numbered? Cause when they did the discless dunkirk, those werent numbered, I know it's not the same situation but worth asking

I have to agree with all of the complaints regarding this different box design.

 

Since the art isn't final yet, I'm hoping the 4K one is changed to match this. Both box sets should have the same design, and if not, then of course collector's are going to to want both variations, which just isn't possible with such limited print runs.

 

I'm in the 4K group buy, but this design just stands out more and I would switch to it if I could.

We're still waiting on all the details from UHD Club. It may take a while.

Even though - according to our Admins and Guardians - nothing is finally edged in stone yet (neither as regards the final 4K allocations nor the final design of the Blu-ray-Edition) - I think that the stone is already comfortably seated int the garden...

 

So I guess that

 

•    there will be no big changes anymore as regards the list of our 4K-Edition-Receivers

 

•    MP will do their very best try to secure as much Blu-Ray-Editions as possible for those who did not made it to the Magnificent 100

      ( and maybe everyone on the GB-List will be given the compensatory opportunity to choose this Edition

         - while retaining place according to the order in the GB list...)

 

And ... I'll have to say that I would be perfectly happy to receive this Blu-Ray-Box - it has a nice clean look (using the motives of the earlier japanese / korean steels)

 

(Oh by the way... as the artwork is not final ... why not use the movie title on the back of the box too to harmonize it with the Side-Motives... )
