Im Account das Produkt markieren, dann auf "Returns/Refunds", kurzen Text schreiben und ein Foto des Pakets mit allen Aufklebern hochladen. Wichtig ist hier der grüne Zollaufkleber und der Gebührenaufkleber von DHL, auf der die Auslagenpauschale vermerkt ist. Die Erstattung erfolgt in der Regel innerhalb von 5 Tagen, bei mir auf das Kreditkartenkonto. Nur aus diesem Grund kann man bei Zavvi uberhaupt noch bestellen, ansonsten würde es sich nicht mehr rechnen.

 

Bei mir kommt auch alles mit Zoll von Zavvi. Heute hole ich noch zwei Sendungen ab und dann kommt ne fette Erstattung Anfrage an Zavvi. Es ist für mich unbegreiflich, wie ein Unternehmen so handeln kann. Auf deren Seite versprechen sie, dass kein Zoll anfällt. Eine glatte Lüge und man muss seinem Geld dann hinterherlaufen. Wenn man davon überhaupt weis, da es ja nirgends kommuniziert wird. Ich hoffe meine IB Box ist wenigstens heil, sonst war es das mit dem Laden

Hab beide Lieferungen abgeholt, über 40 Euro Zoll gelöhnt und bei beiden eingedellte Ecken. Nicht so ein schlimmer Defekt wie bei @Catgirl, aber trotzdem ärgerlich und enttäuschend. Ich habe fertig mit denen
