Will do so since the options have become pretty slim now (its been confirmed there will be no steelbook in germany and so far no info from the UK afaik...)but

BestBuy seems to not have it listed yet...

 

And yes, I ve made the same experience with amazon uk. Really annyoing, so I preorder everything over the Zavvi GB´s now.

Not sure, but I don't think Best Buy USA will get it. Fortunately, our general Best Buy GB can be used for Amazon USA as well.
