But I very clearly remember the rules state it is the buyer's duty to ensure they pay their invoices when they are sent out.

Although i appreciate the feedback and it is something that i have now and again implemented into the invoice status , its just hard for me to remember to do that as it is not a normal task on my side and since there are alot of invoices to be done , i tend to try and keep it as simple as i can for ME.  As your life does not evolve around just this one release , im sure you can imagine how i feel and therefore would appreciate it if you could keep on top of the rolling ball as it is alot more easier for ME then for me to have to track down single members .  

 

@Riki23 is a good example of what can be done when something seems off , i mean the minute you realize this its best to contact someone so it can be rectified. 

 

If you cant be troubled with that then i really dont know what else to say .  @Billy Talent stated a great idea, get the paypal app , 95% of the outgoing invoices sends notifications , this method is not fool proof but does tend to work more then it does not.

Thank you the reply, and absolutely it's your call, I just thought that seeing as the page gets updated with the ever-revolving state of the release (artwork, price, etc) why not add that it's reached the status of "payable" so to speak :)

@UnionJackMix It's a little more complicated than that. Invoices are done in batches and members can receive them at different times, sometimes a week or more apart. If we say "payable" then some will panic since they have not received their invoice yet. There also timing differences by HUB/country. If we can improve the process in the future without creating a lot of extra work for the staff we will, but for now most members seem ok with PayPal notifications.
