@Viper0210

No I didn't left him off to get the conversation going ???.

The Must watch on a Saturday night in the 80's.

That and Shoestring . Trevor Eve was brilliant.

Didn't rate Bergarac that much . Yet I liked John Nettles in Midsomer Murders.

Better now that Neil Duggon has taken over .

Love the Darker Detective shows like Ripper Street , Messiah  and Whitechaple .

I haven't caught any of those lately.

Sherlock holmes was good in the 80s and now. Poirot  preferred him to miss Marple. I really liked quincy

Quincy ME was my favourite , if I find re runs now I am happy to rewatch ?.

Jeremy Brett's Sherlock Holmes was by far the best ever :wham: .

Rewatched all of VIce recently and although some of the clothing has dated, the show itself hasn't. It still stands up today on stories, style and definitely the violence.

Caught it on itv2 a while ago. Stories were good in the episods I watched still enjoyed it. As a child of the eighties don't mind the clothing although fashion seems to go in roundabouts.

At least I know what to wear if I go to the canary islands?. Add some chunky gold chains and bright white loafers. I will fit right in.
