I'm just asking what would your take be if you were on the other side of the fence, and wanted Platinum, but found it to be a closed shop? 

 

To be honest mate there are no right or wrong answers.. All I'm saying is I can understand the people who desperately want platinum... And I can also understand those who will not give up their platinum (I mean why would they.. as you said you've invested so much money)..

Also new here and interested in a premium membership. Do I need to put in the request here? I was thinking that there would be somewhere to request once more info comes out for the new cycle. I would like to support the site but am not sure at what level until I see what those costs are. If costs stay the same, may be interested in platinum (if available).

 

Not being impatient - just want to make sure I don't miss my chance 🙂

right let clairfy this for everyone, no one needs to request a membership here.

this will all be done and sorted out by @Masterblaster john site owner, he will look at what he has decided then announce it.

what it will all be and HOW you can get one. there where links put up for existing tiered members and then links for new members

when he is ready. last year we where told this will be done annually but currently has been incredibly busy but till he has time to sort.

nothing will happen, far as i am aware until he has some free time to do as to when that is IDK.

if everyone fills this thread up with i want X and i want Y.

it will just slow it all down some more.

i would suggest everyone holds fire, i know your all keen as are the rest of us.

it will happen thought, just some point when johns free 👍

Hi @Morden and welcome to MP! We have an annual premium membership cycle. It just so happens that we should be opening up for new/renewal within the next couple of weeks. Keep an eye out for announcements!

We haven't published the prices and rules for this year yet, but last year's fees were in USD. Typically we use PayPal so currency conversion is not a problem. Please be aware that premium memberships are limited and existing premium members get first chance to upgrade before we open up to regular members.

@Jaksu If they were unlimited then there really wouldn't be any benefit to having them (other than supporting MP).  For example, one of the perks is priority placement in certain GBs. If everyone is a premium member that obviously wouldn't work.
