It is unlikely that it will be box set only. 

Most likely there will be a DL for single sale.

How will this differ from the OAB already released? The front lenti looks very similar?

I'm guessing it will be a different steelbook inside?

Was the OAB WWA? whereas this is WEA?

Nobody knows what it will look like yet. That is just a poster image.

So spidey is staying within MCU, at least for the 3rd instalment. 

That makes getting this, and Far from Home, even more important now. 

 

I was considering not bothering when they said MCU was not going to include Spidey, after Far from Home. I expected the 3rd movie would be a let down, and spoil the whole set. 

Thankfully that’s not the case now.

Disney accepts the existence of Venom and is no longer in the way of a possible Venom / Spidey crossover,

which is synonymous with Venom in the MCU.

Blufans blurays are usually region free but it's really up to the studio. 4K discs are always region free. With region free players going for as little as $99 these days why not just take the plunge? You'll be glad you did! 😃

If it happens, as it's WEA Exclusive,  it will be the full monty.

Box set, DL, SL/FS etc etc.

 

The FFH OAB is supposed to be around the corner. I haven't heard anything about Homecoming WEA for quite a while.

The latest mail talks about Spidey FFH OAB being  delayed until July. 
No mention of FFH WEA or Homecoming WEA. 
But that doesn’t mean they are not happening, but they certainly are not coming soon.
