It depends on what country you’re in. Sometimes hub is better for countries with import duties. Also our hubs pack extremely well, so less chance of damage in some cases. Insurance varies by package and is whatever the post office charges but is generally pretty inexpensive.

Thank you.  Im in the US. Damn I would like to change mine to hub then. Rather do that than direct.

Please tag @ukade2327 in the Info & Questions Topic for changes since he’s in charge of this GB. I have to say Nova is one of the better retailers in terms of packing but it’s totally up to you. If you want hub please specify insurance or no insurance.
