doud is a diminutive of doudou, which is a French nickname for Edouard. My avatar comes from an illustration by Yō Yoshinari depicting the remains of Astro Boy merging with nature. My cover art is a still from On Your Mark by Hayao Miyazaki, captured from the digibook release which is a cornerstone of my collection.

Hello! I have found out about Media Psychos yesterday when looking for informations on an exclusive Chinese blu-ray and decided to join the community. I'm into physical medias since I was a kid and started collecting art books, CDs and vinyl records as a teenager. I started a small blu-ray collection about ten years ago and became more serious about it around 2015, focusing on classic movies, films noirs and Animation. As a videophile, I have a special interest in Japanese discs and I usually care for the authoring quality before anything else, pixel peeping being a hobby of mine.
