i saw this request by Numiblu, and deckardd99 (Ken) suggested he contact you to see if you had a personal copy that you are willing to part with.   My questions is did you get a request from Numiblu, and if so, was deckard99 correct in suggesting you may have a copy to sell?  If Numiblu already contacted you with the request, then my apologies for interrupting your day.  All the best -John
