Oh yes, that couldn't be more on point. It's an especially difficult struggle for people like me who are desperately trying to minimize the costs of getting the nicest possible editions of their favorite films without splurging too extravagantly on every new release that comes out. I've never bought any OC's aside from the HDZ TDK trilogy (which I promised to myself would be the first AND the last set of OC's I'll ever get lol), and I don't like having multiple copies of the same film on the shelf since I aim to open and watch them all at some point. Magnificent releases like this UC one here, however, tend to make me question everything I stand for 😂😭🤦‍♀️

It already did when I decided to go for their lenticular Prestige Digipak a few months ago! However, now that I purchased and received HDZ's 4K Inception SL well before seeing UC is making one of these digipaks for the same title as well, l'm afraid the situation I'm in right now with these Interstellar releases will repeat... 😁😭

Such a shame I didn't dare to pull the trigger on this one due to the price and the fact I already own the HDZ 4K edition of the film... These pics look gorgeous

Precisely. It's a fine piece of cinema, but the impenetrable hype and the cult-like following it attracted from day 1 of its release left a bad taste in my mouth and took away from the enjoyment. Now, I did see the film twice in the theaters to make up my mind about it so I definitely didn't dislike it, but it's certainly no masterpiece like some fans claim.

I'm aware it's a steelbook edition I'm concerned about what discs each version contains (blu-ray or 4K UHD + blu-ray)

Is the SL a 4K or a regular BD edition? In the OC photo it says it contains a UHD disc, but the separate beauty shot stated it's a blu-ray edition. I'd love to know as this detail may make or break the deal for me when choosing which edition to get.
